So when I get my heart shattered
Especially when it got splintered by us
All the chunks were so fine
All the pieces couldn't be put back together by me alone
Yet all the worst things get instantly better.
Hearing all the gossips about me
The fakes ones, the real ones
No matter what
It was better to hear them all
Than to hear my own thoughts.
Perceiving all the inappropriate things
The inescapable and the inexorable
No matter what
It was better to see them all
Than to see you suffering because of me.
Inkling how fictional characters felt in particular moments
The happy ones and the sad ones
No matter what
It was better to feel them all
Than to fell the same love I was supposed to let go.
Getting a whiff of all the pollution
May it be social or just traffic
No matter what
It was better to smell them all
Than to smell your plunging perfume.
Gutting how my demons embrace me
When it is hot or when it is cold
No matter what
It was better to sense them all
That to sense your fingers playing with mine.
