I Wanna Be There - 25th February

When you get a new milestone or achievement

And you wanna open an expensive bottle of wine

And go to an expensive restaurant

I wanna be there because

I wanna be the one to say,

"I told you, you could do it."

So when you feel unmotivated

You'll remember that very moment when

I told you that you could

So you did.

When you lose something; an opportunity or something valuable

And you're so mad at yourself that you're cursing the wind

Or you're already breaking things around you

I wanna be there because

I wanna be the one to caress your cheeks,

Hug you,

And make you calm down

So that I can be the source of your serendipity

While you be mine too.

When you're agitated and adventurous

You wanna climb the highest mountains

Or you wanna dive the deepest part of the ocean

I wanna be there because

I wanna be the one to hold your hand

When you do those

So every time I touch your hand

I'll remember where we already came to;

An extraordinary commitment.

When you're weak and you're at your lowest

Your passion is dying and your inspirations are lost

And you're on the verge of giving up

I wanna be there because

I wanna be the one to help you realize

How much power you have in your hands

And how you can move mountains with them

So that when you go back to that phase again

You'll know what to look for

And that's my lips.

I wanna be there

Through all the times

To love you

Take care of you

Fight you

Or even fight for you.
