If I Can't Be With You (A Rydellington Love Story)

Chapter 37: Bad

Rydel POV

"Say hello to ms Rydel from R5! So glad to have you in our studio today! How have you been?" Lily from Pop Countdown (A/N IDK IF THERES A RADIO STATION NAMED THAT I MADE IT UP) interviews me.

"I've been great! Just been with family and doing music! Thanks for asking!" I cheerfully say making both of us laugh.

"It's been two years since you've been here. You and Ellington have one child right? Rosie?" Lily asks and I smile at the mention of them two.

"Yes Rosie Anne who is now five." I inform the audience listening and Lily gasps.

"Can't believe she's five! Time goes by so fast!" Tell me about it.

Lily and I talk about the usual topics in interviews: me, Rydellington, R5, and what ever they can ask. It's usually really easy to have interviews. I've gotten the hang of them.

"Now it's time for our Twitter chat! Let's see our first question," Lily scrolls down then smiles,"who would you not let take care of your pet?"

"Ross!" I right away say making her laugh. It's true though! I would not let Ross take care of Buddy and Luna! Even though they're Ellington's dogs really, I love them. I love dogs in general.

The questions continue until my stomach suddenly hurts really bad. I wince and hold my stomach. I ask to go to the restroom to take a break and Lily nodded letting me. I run down to the bathroom and shut the door.

I look down to see I was bleeding. This wasn't good. At all.

Ellington POV

I stare at the little girl who claims to be a daughter from Kelly and I. This can't be possible. I mean.. We have once or twice. Kelly wouldn't keep her from me though would she?

Well.. We actually don't really know what she would and wouldn't do anymore. I mean, she did kiss me. Black mailed Rydel. Basically, my ex is a sociopath.

"Can you something daddy?" Elle asks bringing me out of my thoughts.

"Don't call me daddy. I'm not your dad. I mean I am but you barely know me." I respond noticing the necklace she was wearing.

Flashback

I ran up to Kelly's door and knocked. She opened the door in a blue robe and stared at me confused. I just want to get this over with.

"Can I please have my things?" I ask and she nods. I stand in the doorway for about five minutes then she comes back with a box with all the things I left here.

"Thank you," I say then notice the necklace on the cabinet I gave her to remind her of me. "What about the necklace?" I gesture towards the cabinet. Kelly stares at the necklace thinking.

"Can I please keep it?" She asks finally. Why would she want something that reminds her of me? I guess it's okay.

"Sure." I respond and she nods then shuts the door in my face.

End of flashback

"That's why she wanted that." I think out loud making them stare at me.

Suddenly, the door busts open showing a red hot firing mad Kelly. Rocky looked like he was going to pee his pants. Elle looked shocked. Me? I probably looked like a ghost.

Ryland POV

"Can you please stop talking about Ma'ayan?" I whine walking to the car. Ross has been talking nonstop about her. I mean, I talk about Savannah but not all. The. Time.

"I'm sorry bro. It's just... She makes me happy you know?" Ross asks and I totally understand so I nod.

I just want my siblings to be happy. I mean I know I'm their baby brother but I do feel like it's my responsibility for seeing them happy. Woe dude that sounded like mom just then.

Ross gets in the drivers side and I right away buckle. Ross is not a good driver.. So we are lucky if we make it home alive.

I go on my private Facebook and check it. There's mostly nothing going on. A text pops up: Kelly's here. Don't come right now it's world war 3. That was from Riker. Why was she there?

I decide to search her on Facebook. When her name popped up, her relationship status was: Married to Logan Oswald.

Oh my god. That can't- THATS NOT- Oh my god. I drop my phone on the floor in shock making Ross look at me confused.

"Are you okay?" Ross asks worriedly. Of course he worries he's my brother.

"HOLY-" I began then stopped. Mom doesn't like me cussing so... I'm trying not to. "Uh Ross.... Remember Logan?"

With this, he looks at me with the DUH face. I sigh. Don't be such a smartass. Hey! I didn't say it out loud!

"Well... Kelly... They're married." I say making Ross pull over to the side of the road.

He stared at me as if I was joking. I stared back. This lasted for a few seconds then Ross grabbed my phone off the floor and checked it. His wide eyes were bowling balls. See? I wasn't joking.

"Oh my god. We got to tell Rydellington. This. Is. Insane." Ross sighs then pulls back into the lane.

I check her mutual friends to see if I have any of the friends's passwords. I know all my brothers and Rydel's passwords. They're pretty easy to remember. There was a mutual friend I was surprised to see: Sav.

How did Savannah and Kelly know each other? I mean I guess they could've met at a party or something but Savannah knows what Kelly has done to Rydel. I'm so confused.

At that moment, the strangest most random thing happened: The back of the car suddenly started to spark up. My eyes were glued to the scene. Little sparks were flying from the rear. Hahahaha from the rear.

Shut up me this is serious. Ross hasn't even noticed. Suddenly, a flare sparked up making a eeeeeeeee sound like nails on a chalkboard making my ears hurt. Ross pulls over (again) and gets out.

I watch as he walks like he's tuff and he noticed the back and his eyes went wide again. He gestures me to get out. I get my phone and get out. Ross starts running and I stand there confused.

"RYLAND ITS GOING-" Ross started saying before the loud boom came with burning and my ears started ringing and I crowded into a ball crying as the scene was unfolding.

I MISS YOU GUYS! I've been so busy I have testing next week! I'm testing on Ell's BDAY Ewww why. I need to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. 😂
