Chapter 4: Memories and Freaking Out

Ratliff POV

It's been three days... You know... Since Rydel and I had that disagreement. Kelly kicked me out so I've been sleeping at the park.

Tonight I'm going to the house Rydel and I bought. I'm sure she's with her parents.

I unlock the door slowly and walk in. Seems like no body's been here since that day Rydel and I moved in.

I walk past a photo above the fireplace of Rydel and I when we went on our first date. The Fireworks Festival. Also the date I gave Rydel her first kiss... Memories.

I walk up stairs and change into shorts with no shirt. I'm not that tired. I walk over and open the closet to show that dress Rydel wore when we went to the party and Kelly ruined it for her.

Suddenly I heard someone mumble. "Ratliff... Ratliff... Don't leave me..." She was saying. I turn to see Rydel sleeping with the covers all over.

I look down to see a box. It had "R&R" carved into it. It must be Rydel's jewelry box. I crawl over and open it to little photos of me and her. One of them brought the most memorable.

Her tiara.

-flashback 2 years ago-

I was watching a movie with popcorn. Rydel comes in in a tutu, converse, and a hello kitty sunglasses. I laugh.

"Hello Elli." She says. I laugh.

"Hey Delly." I smile. She giggles.

"Come on lets go." She says taking my hand and runs outside and gets the sprinkler and sprays me. I run and jump on her causing us both to fall to the ground.

"HAHA." I say sticking my tongue out. She rolls her eyes and dances around in the yard. I dance behind her.

Suddenly I had a idea.

I ran and got a tiara and came back outside and smiled at her. She seemed perfect for the tiara.

"Princess Delly." I say putting the tiara on her. She smiles.

"Thank you Prince Ellington." She says smiling and hugs me.

-end of flashback-

I never even thought of that. Not until the tiara.

Suddenly I yawned and I rubbed my eyes. I suddenly fell asleep on the floor with the tiara on my head.

Rydel POV

I wake up to somebody with a tiara. I get up slowly and look.... And it was Ratliff. I scream and jump like there was a spider on me. He sprang up.

"Rydel it's not what-" I stop him by staring at the tiara thinking about what happened. Suddenly I wrap my arms around his neck and hug him. He hugs back.
