Chapter 6: Our Special Connection

Rydel POV

I wake up. Ratliff isn't there. I suddenly feel my head getting dizzy. I try to stand up but I fall back down. Suddenly I feel like throwing up. I crawl into the bathroom and puke. Ugh....

I hate my body.

I crawl down stairs then suddenly my vision gets blurry and I start rolling down the stairs. I land on my back and my stomach hurts. I wince in pain. Suddenly Riker, Ryland, and Ratliff were looking at me.

I look at Ratliff which has a bloody lip. Poor baby... My eyes start feeling heavy and I scream loudly. Riker pulls me to sit up. I try but fall back down.

"Rydel can you say something?" Ryland asks. I open my mouth.

"In rainbow... I see a rainbow.... I'm getting dizzy.." I say not realizing what I'm saying when my head pounds.

"Ratliff what did you do?!" Riker yells startling Ratliff. I try to talk but nothing comes out.

Suddenly I remember. I'm pregnant. What if I hurt my baby?!!

I start crawling frantically while falling on the ground every few seconds. I quickly grab the mirror and look at myself. I'm pale.

"I didn't do anything!" I hear Ratliff yell. Then.... I turn to see Ratliff with a bloody nose and is laying on the ground crying from the pain. Suddenly a urge of madness got in me.

I get Kleenexes and crawl quickly to Ratliff and wipe his lip and wipes his nose. He smiles at me through pain. AWWW baby...

I turn quickly and hit Riker and Ryland's leg as hard as I can which isn't hard cause I'm weak. They look at each other then at me.

"He didn't do this did he?" Asks Ryland. I shake my head.

"OHHH.... Sorry." Riker and Ryland say at the same time.

I look at Ratliff and grabs another Kleenex and wipes his nose and mouth. I look at his lips. I softly place my lips on his which which tasted like blood.

"I'll love you unconditionally." I say weak and quietly but Ratliff hears me and then smiles.

"Forever I will love you." He says tightening his grip on my hand. Suddenly... I black out.
