If I Can't Be With You (A Rydellington Love Story)

Rocky POV

Rydel... Rydel... RYDEL!!! I see Rydel and run and hug her. I can tell she's been so excited to see us again.

"Guys... I just missed all of you! Ratliff has left and went home to see his parents so... I'm here by myself." She says with sadness in her eyes. I look at Ross and Riker who could tell also.

"Is everything still okay?" I ask. She gives me a small smile which is fake and nods.

The whole drive back everybody was silent. Riker slept on Rydel's lap while Rydel's head was laid on Ross's shoulder and Ross's head was asleep on my shoulder... I was the only one not asleep.

Rydel doesn't know yet. Mom has got out of the hospital and is good which we were suppose to surprise her and Ratliff but I guess it's just her.

Soon, Rydel woke back up and had tears. I stared at her.

"Sorry I had a nightmare." She says taking a deep breath. I shrug and look out the window.

~Rydel POV~

Ratliff... I sure do miss him. Sure we had a little... HUGE argument but I guess that's what every couple does. But I just want to focus on my family... And my... Little baby.

I've been pregnant for five weeks now. I still haven't told anybody. Not even Ratliff. I don't know why cause after I found out that day Ratliff and I got in a huge fight and he flew back here and I stayed.

When we got home I got out of the car and ran to open the door to my dad, Ryland, and... My mom!!! I run and hug her!

"Delly I missed you so much!" My mom says. I nod smiling. I hug my dad and Ryland.

"Where's Ellington?" My dad asks. I smile and say the same thing I told my brothers.

After dinner, I had my usual dizziness and had to lay down and take a nap. I slept on the couch with my hello kitty blanket.

"Rydel... Rydel... RYDEL MARY!" Ryland says handing me hot coco. I smile and drink it.

"Rydel... Ratliff isn't with you at home wasn't he?"

"How did you know?" I whisper.

"He told me everything and told me not to tell anybody. Not even you. But I can't just not say anything." He says giving me a hug.

"Thanks." I say.

I'm not ready for my life back here yet.
