Kol and Stefan's Room

Kol was working on his history essay. He found himself stewing about his punishment. All he had been was a little late one day after lunch and here he was still in trouble. Kol had seen kids fist fight, do drugs, smoke, curse, cheat, and worse and here, he was the one suspended. It didn't feel fair.

He dreaded Finn coming up to spank him. Their old brother had always been on the stern side, but was never physical with them. Since the week before when Rebekah pushed Elijah into the hot tub and got walloped for it by Elijah, and then Elijah got pounded by Finn for being too harsh, Finn seemed more strict. Kol wondered if it was because Miss Freedman hadn't been around. Kol wasn't really sure if Finn and Sage had broken up or if she just didn't want to date a vampire, but Finn seemed different.

Klaus knocked and came in, "Hello Brother, how goes it?"

Kol replied glumly, "Nik, I really didn't do anything bad enough to get suspended for. Do I really need to get spanked again? I thought Finn was doing it."

Klaus frowned, "I think maybe you were partially in the wrong place at the wrong time. But it's a good lesson to learn .Do the right thing and things won't escalate like this. I know you were not trying to skip class, like the principal assumed, but you were missing instruction. Also, since he caught you skipping before and let you off a bit, how do you think that made him feel?"

Kol hadn't thought of that, "I guess angry. He probably thinks I was just lying. I didn't mean to insult him. Kids do worse stuff all the time at school and never get caught."

"It's also a good lesson to not insult the one who has the power to suspend you. At any rate, Finn is going to be doing the spanking, but Elijah and I are going to be here to supervise. You know this is all new to him. He can be a bit too firm. You were 'sentenced' to a spanking, not a beating. Why don't you let me coat your backside with the anti-healing balm?"

Kol paled, "I thought that stuff would be gone by now."

"Bonnie supplied us with more. It's not difficult to make either, so fair notice. Come on, trousers down," Klaus prompted. "Underpants, too." He put on the latex gloves and had Kol come over to him. He opened the jar of salve and smoothed it over Kol's pale backside. He let it soak in a moment before replacing his briefs. Klaus could tell Kol was a bit sullen. He told him to take off his jeans and then sat him on his knee.

"It will be okay. After this, you will not longer be punished. Look at Rebekah, she's still grounded for another week or so. Would you rather have that? I know you like to do things with Estel. That would cramp your style more," Klaus assured him.

"Aye, you're right, Nik," Kol agreed.

Nik gave him a tap on the behind and sent Kol to the corner. He went and washed his hands and Elijah and Finn came in a moment later. Finn was holding the wooden spoon. He set it down by Kol's computer. Klaus indicated that they should talk in the hallway, he shut the door.

"Kol brought up a good point. He was late and missing class, but other students do far worse and get away with it at that school. Can we go a little easy on him? Finn, I put the salve on him so you can't spank his bare bottom without burning your hand, but maybe just use your hand on his briefs. They are thin. They won't provide much protection," Klaus suggested.

Elijah added, "Niklaus, we'll show Finn what we normally do. I say if Kol behaves and cooperates, it is over. But if he fusses and resists, that a paddling is what he needs."
