Puppy Love [COMPLETED]

Jungkook was busy catching up with work on his laptop when his phone suddenly buzzes. He sees the screen blinking in an unfamiliar way and he sprinted out of the room like his life depends on it.

This was the first time you're relying on this device and you're not sure of its accuracy or how long until you're episode starts after the warning goes off. So you quickly excused yourself and swam towards the pool's shallow end.

Halfway through your swim you can hear your name being thrown out in the air. Then it happened. Your body froze, your senses shut off and your entire body started sinking.

"Park!!! Get the Medics!!!" Jungkook threw out the instructions before diving in the water. Everyone was confused first of all seeing Jungkook there and secondly, his unexplainable actions.

Jimin called for the hotel medics team and got everyone else to help. "Get that chair near the pool... now!" He commanded Luke and the rest of the people there. "Take all the towels..."

Jungkook got to you in no time, your head didn't even dip past the surface as he held it upright to keep you from swallowing the water. He could still feel a few muscle twitches as he holds your body with much care.

Jungkook carries you in his arms with so much protection and carefully got you off the water. Jimin was quick to cover your body with a big towel, while the rest of them prepared the reclined beach chair, backing off the moment Jungkook laid you on top to give you space.

The resort's medic team came in and checked you carefully. Jungkook gave way as they hooked you to portable monitors.

"Can someone tell us what happened?" The lead medic asked.

"She has Idiopathic Seizure Disorder and her last attack was over a year ago. She's with the Southeast Asian Seizure Disorder Clinical Trial." Jungkook narrates without faltering. He knows everything about your condition because he made sure to protect you the moment he found out.

"Okay sir, may I know your name and your relationship to the patient?"

"I'm Jeon Jungkook... and I'm her fiancé." Jungkook says that proudly as if announcing it for everyone to hear.

"She's stable, all her vital signs are within normal so I'll just have to contact her doctors to keep them posted." The young Medic says.

By this time, you're still a bit confused of the people around you and it took a while to realize that you're still by the pool but this time with people taking care of you and giving you reassuring smiles.

"You're alright, it's a quick episode and good thing your fiancé was right there before anything bad happened." The lady nurse said as she unhooks you from the monitor.

"Jungkook?..." You asked for him and he quickly appeared beside you, kneeling on the ground as he hovered over you. He quickly retracts his face away to give you space.

You pat on the side of your chair to invite him to sit beside you. He obeys quickly and holds your hands before kissing them dearly.

You reach out for his cheek, caressing it lightly. "Thank you..."

Jungkook gets near you, leaning his forehead against yours with eyes shut. You close the gap by kissing his soft lips chastely.

He slowly pulls away to look at you intently. "Babe, are you okay?"

Replying with a quick nod, you take his hand and kiss it a few times. He can't help but dive in for a much deeper kiss, trapping your lips with his trembling ones so tenderly.

"So... are you sure you still want to be with me?" You asked teasingly.

"More than ever... I love you so much Aera... Get ready to be stuck with me for a really long time." He says that with a wide smile.

"I can't wait..." You tell him truthfully and before you could even say you love him, Jungkook dives in for another kiss.

You're interrupted by Jimin clearing his throat. "Guys, there are other people here." He says chuckling.

Jungkook raises his body and looked at his surroundings. Everyone was still there, sweetly standing by to offer help.

"Thank you so much everyone... thanks for being here to help me and my fiancé, Aera." He says, bowing his head in gratitude.

You raise your head to see your co-workers and mouthed a thank you. Your eyes are met with Luke's and he respectfully gave you an apologetic smile, to which you nodded in reply.
