EVAN POV:
Once again, I passed out. This is just a joke now.
Then again I don't really know if I can blame myself. I mean, it's not every day you hear someone say right in front of you that they wouldn't mind going on a date with you.
Hearing those words come out of Bonnie's mouth made my brain short circuit. And as soon as I entered unconsciousness I began to question myself about things I never thought I would. And I'll admit, I came to an unexpected conclusion about myself.
I began to question myself about how I looked at Bonnie, and in turn all the Anime-tronics. Aren't they just machines? Yes. But they are sentient. Does that make them capable of affection? Easily a yes. And how do I see them in the area Bonnie was talking about.
Sure. They are attractive. And I'll be honest I am beginning to become fond of Bonnie in a weird way. Same with Mangle and Marionette actually. Mangle's so sweet and friendly that you just can't not like spending time with her. And with Marionette, I just feel drawn to her in some weird way.
But do I really see them in that sort of light? To be honest, I don't know.
My thoughts continued to cycle as my body began to regain consciousness. As that happened I began to hear sounds, specifically talking.
"Ok girls." A voice I recognised as Marionette's said with a serious tone. "This stays between us. Got it?"
As she finished speaking I suddenly had the urge to open my eyes. And that I did, before quickly snapping them shut again and letting out a groan as I unintentionally looked right at the office light above me.
"You all good Evan?" Bonnie asked with a concerned tone as she walked over to the side of the chair, she must have gotten off me while I was passed out.
"Yeah." I replied as I sat myself up properly and blinked a few times. "Just wasn't expecting the light."
"Are you sure?" Bonnie asked again leaning in a little closer. As she leaned in the memory of what she said to me earlier resurfaced for a moment.
"Y-yeah." I squeaked as I leaned away from her and turned to avoid eye contact while my face grew a red tinge. "I-I'm fine."
"Oh." She said with a mix of both relief and nervousness.
Even though I wasn't looking towards her I could tell I had upset her with my action of looking away. I mustn't have been the only one to notice either as through the corner of my eye I could see Ballora tap Marionette's arm and whisper something into her ear. When she leaned away Marionette nodded.
"Hey Mangle." Marionette said, drawing said foxes' attention. "Let's leave these 2 to talk. We have something we need to discuss in private anyway."
"R-right." Mangle replied as she followed Marionette and Ballora out of the office. Leaving just Bonnie and I inside. But as they exited I didn't miss the wink Marionette sent my way.
Bonnie and I remained there for a few minutes in nothing but awkward silence. I didn't dare look towards her just yet and I could tell from the faint noises that she was standing next to my chair awkwardly.
"S-so." Bonnie suddenly said from the quiet, which actually made me jump.
"Y-yeah?" I replied, still not looking towards her.
"Have I done something to upset you or-?" She began to ask, before I cut her off as I realised what she was asking.
"N-no I'm not upset." I said as I spun so I could look her in the eye while I talked. Which in doing so put me in a position were I was facing her completely instead of her standing to the side of me.
