<Reign's POV>

"Happy Birthday, River." I greeted him before I give my gift. His face automatically light up when he saw me.

"God, Reign! I thought you will not come. God knows how much fucking disappointed I am. But you came. Thank you so much, my love." He hugged me tightly then kiss my temple and forehead repeatedly. I chuckled.

"Sinadya ko talagang magpahuli ng dating para ma-solo kita. Alam kong pinagkakaguluhan kapa ng mga bisita mo kanina kaya ngayong malalim na ang gabi nalang ako pumunta para paalis na sila." I explained. He smirked playfully.

"You don't need to adjust, my love. Kayang-kaya mo naman akong ma-solo kahit kailan mo gusto basta sabihin mo lang sakin, hindi ako papalag o kokontra. Ano bang gusto mong gawin natin ngayon? Sayong-sayo na ako, wala ng ibang tao at tulog na rin ang lahat ng nakatira dito sa mansion. Kahit anong sabihin mo, papayag ako." Kumindat pa ang loko at hinalikan ang likurang bahagi ng kamay ko. Nag-init naman ang magkabilang pisngi ko.

Today is River's birthday. I didn't attended his birthday party but I called him earlier that I'll show up in front of his gate at midnight after the party. Habang naghihintay ako dito sa labas kanina, nakita ko ang nakasimangot na mukha niya habang naglalakad papalabas ng gate at agad na hinanap ako doon. Umaliwalas lang ang mukha niya nong makita niya na akong naghihintay sa tabi ng kalsada.

"Let's have a walk." I intertwined our hands and pull him closer. We started walking away from their mansion.

The cold breeze caused me shivers. Underneath the full moon and twinkling stars. I'm holding hands while walking around with my first boyfriend. Yes, River is already my boyfriend. It was 12:00 sharp when I called to greet him and to say that I'm answering him already. I wanted to be the first one who'll greet him Happy birthday and to surprise him early in the morning.

"Love." River hug me from the back and rested his chin on my shoulder. I just realized that we stopped here at the seashore. The most sentimental spot for me. "Are you really my girlfriend already???" He asked.

I smiled while looking at the sea. "I doesn't like to repeat my words, you know." I teasingly answered. He groaned.

"Okay. But I really need to confirm that this isn't a dream and I'm completely awake. I need an evidence that says whats happening right now is all true and not part of my imaginations." He tighten his grip and buried his face on my neck. He inhaled my scent sensually. "Tell me not, this is just a dream. But if this is really a dream, please remind me not to wake up, my love." I felt River's lips planted wet kisses on my shoulder up to my neck and ear. I closed my eyes and savour the heat of his body behind me.

River stopped then he turned me to face him. He held my face and caress both of my cheek using his thumb. "Kiss me back, my love." He softly said before he lowered his face and kiss me passionately with gentleness. Just like what he said, I kiss him back.

The night sky witness a couple exchanging each others saliva. I bet, if the sea is a person, maybe he already shouted 'Get a room!!!' or he already covered his eyes. Its awkward to look at two person kissing each other, right?
