Arizona's POV:

As always, Monday morning arrived sooner than expected and we had a 7 am hospital budget meeting to start off our work week. Callie and I got ready and drove together, since my Dad and Mom were taking Sophia to school that morning.

We walked in the conference room with plenty of time to spare, in order to grab our breakfast before the meeting started.

For these budget meetings, every quarter, they always hire a caterer to serve us breakfast. This particular morning, I opted for a danish with cream cheese and coffee, Callie grabbed some scrambled eggs, country potatoes and bacon.

We sat down side by side, along the area of the conference table Teddy and Meredith were already seated at.

"Good morning ladies!" I was already on my second cup of coffee and was probably a little too chipper for a Monday morning at 7 am.

"Arizona, you are way to happy for this time in the morning!" Teddy looked half awake as she spoke and took a sip of her coffee.

"Callie, is your girlfriend always this upbeat this early in the morning?" Meredith was smiling as she was trying to give me a hard time.

"Meredith, she generally is which is a good contrast to my normal moody attitude in the morning." Callie leaned over and quickly kissed my cheek, as the other two laughed.

We spent the next 45 minutes listening to board members and some of the departments discuss their budget needs, trying to stay awake, while listening to people around us eat. Having these meetings so early is tough, but I don't think there would be any easier time, no matter what time of day they were held, morning or night.

After the meeting, I wished Callie well on her two surgeries that day and reminded her about my 3 pm OBGYN appointment, before we parted ways. I had no surgeries scheduled that day and just had follow-ups scheduled for a couple hours, mid-morning, so I headed to my office.

"Hey stranger, what are you up to right now?" Teddy must have been right behind Callie and myself before Callie headed to the OR.

"Just headed back to my office for a couple hours before seeing follow-ups around 10 am, you?"

"I have free time this morning before a surgery this afternoon, if you're free for a bit, I thought we could get caught up. Since you entered back into your domesticated family life, I rarely get to talk with you it feels like."

"I know, you are right. With my parents, Callie and Sophia, my personal life has consumed my ability to have social interactions outside of my house in recent months. If you have time, come sit and talk with me."

Teddy nodded, as we started heading to my office, laughing and talking along the way. Teddy plopped down in front of my desk, as I sat down on the other side.

"So, Arizona, what's it like to be married again?"

"I'm not married yet, Teddy, but I get what you are saying, I might as well be at this point. However, being with Callie and Sophia again, has given me a sense of comfort and stability I haven't had in so many years. I love having my family around me again."

"Arizona, your happiness shows and it's infectious. I'm thrilled for all of you. Callie seems incredibly happy and settled as well."

"We are, and we are incredibly sappy again. It's like when we first started dating, but so much better now that we know what we lost, after we divorced. There's a level of affection, dedication and understanding between us that only age and time can make you realize and appreciate."

"I am thrilled for you, but I have a serious question for you, Arizona... Can I plan the bachelorette party for you both? I was thinking something low-key, maybe just going out to Joe's for drinks with the ladies from the hospital?"
