≻───── ⋆✩⋆ ─────≺THERE WERE ONLY a few things Ella Reed disliked about tagging along on tour with the boys.
Big Time Rush was currently on a short two week summer tour to promote the upcoming release of their third studio album. Wanting to take a break from time at Rocque Records and knowing that it was going to be lonely with everyone going on the tour, Ella decided to join them.
She should have remembered that anything with the boys was far from a vacation.
For starters, there were two buses: the Brown Bus and the Blue Bus.
One would think that two buses was a good thing because why would Ella want to share a bus with four teenage guys? However, it caused some bad blood to form amongst them when fighting over said buses.
This was because no one wanted to tour with Tour Bus Logan.
He had everything on the blue bus perfectly set up to a T. He cleaned constantly and freaked out when something wasn't done his way, which secretly annoyed Ella too.
Thankfully, for this tour, James was the one who drew the short straw and was currently suffering.
But because she and the other guys were separated, it was much harder to keep track of all of them and stop them from doing anything stupid.
For the past three days, the boys have been extremely late to their shows, leaving their opening act Victoria Justice to extend her set despite running out of songs to sing by the time they got there.
In San Antonio, the boys rushed into the venue with their hockey jerseys and gear on, and in Albuquerque, they were chased by a mummy.
Ella believed that the show in Phoenix was the last straw for Gustavo because seeing your band show up late in handcuffs after getting out of a cop car didn't give off the most positive image. It also didn't help that Ella had to bail them out using the record company's money.
Now, Ella was in charge of them to make sure they wouldn't do anything too stupid before their shows.
The five teens were now on their way to San Diego.
And, Gustavo and Kelly gifted Carlos with a camera a few weeks prior to capture moments between the band to go up online.
In retrospect, it was a memorable and sweet idea, but poor Carlos didn't understand the term: privacy.
Ella was in one of the bunks, head against Kendall's chest as the two slept. His arms were wrapped around her and his chin rested on the top of her head. The girl was beyond peaceful at the moment, snuggled against the warmth of the blankets and her favorite person.
They had just finished watching a movie and somehow, Ella fell asleep, Kendall following. There was about an hour until the concert anyways, so it was a good time to rest up.
All of a sudden, the door to the bunks slammed open and the couple jerked from the noise. Carlos slid into their vision, holding up a camera as he filmed them.
"Carlos." Ella groaned, her voice thick from sleep, burying her head deeper into Kendall's chest to hide herself from the camera. "Ever heard of knocking?"
Kendall hoisted up the blankets to her shoulders, scowling at the intruder. "What are you even doing?"
"Gustavo told me to get some playful tour bus footage and post it." Carlos told them, moving the camera forwards.
"Okay, you directing?" Kendall asked incredulously. "Is that really a good idea?"
Carlos lowered the device, offense written all over his face. "Is being boring a good idea? Who sleeps in the middle of the day?"
