She eyed me as I took a step back. 'I think you're mistaken,' I responded, eyeing the deer who seemed to be amused by my behavior. 'I am not.. the daughter of Apollo.. I.. you are mistaken.' I stuttered.

She smiled, the deer lightly nudged her. 'Guess we are wrong then, we will have to find the other person attached to Leto.'

'I.. don't know who my mother is, let alone my father.' I exclaimed softly. Her eyes were on the deer, as she caressed its neck. She already knew more about me than I did. 'I know. They kept you in the dark for sure. You were raised in the Silver Moon pack, led by elder Conan and now his son, Rodney.'

'They told me, my mother died giving birth to me. That my father couldn't handle the sight and left me.'

'Ah yes, the ruse Lycaon game up with. His final move to hurt your mother. He was.. rather pathetic don't you think.' She chuckled softly. I frowned at the woman her actions. 'Well I should get going, and you should get ready for your first day of training.'I growled softly at the woman, expressing my frustration. Yet she didn't seem to be as impressed as I thought she would be. She used the deer as a cane as she strode away. Deep into the forest.

'Leto, do you know Lycaon?' I made my way back to the pack house, some lights were burning but most still seemed to be sleeping. 'I do.' Before I could ask her more the smell of pancakes hit my nose, as my stomach rumbled. I was starving, I followed the smell into the kitchen. Three woman were busy baking, 'That smells amazing.' I nearly drooled.

One of the woman laughed, hearing the rumbling of my stomach. 'Hello Luna.' She spoke. I quickly shook my head, raising my hands. 'Nope. That isn't happening anytime soon.'

She chuckled, returning her attention to the pan. 'Okay then. Mysterious wolf, would you like to help?'

'I do. I guess I got some time to kill before training starts.' I moved to wash my hands.

'Very well. My name is Anne, those two are Lily and Dory,' She pointed at the two other women. 'If you ever need us, we are always here.'

I smiled. 'Thank you.'

Anne then proceeded to teach me how to make pancakes. It took my multiple tries until I had my first perfect pancake. She smiled at me. Anne was an older woman around the 68, she didn't grow up here. Joined the pack as rogues and Kena had accepted her and her two sisters instantly. 'Kena is a special woman, she is. Hardheaded, but a great Alpha.' Dory remarked from the other side of the room.

I sighed. Returning my attention to the pancakes. Slowly but certainly the dining room filled itself with hungry wolves. There were about 40 wolves, there weren't many boys around. 'Are there more male wolves?' I asked, I had barely seen any after I had arrived. Anne nodded her head. 'Oh yes definitely. But they don't live in the pack house, some do. Most live in the small village near the pack house and the houses surrounding us.'

I watched Rieka, Aita and Dani walk up to us. Dani seemed to be doing much better, most of her wounds had healed perfectly. The wolf bane ones took a little longer.

'Ah new job? Your living up to being a Luna now.' Dani smiled, as she eagerly grabbed herself some pancakes. Rieka didn't say much as she quietly sat down at the table where Aita was waiting. They all seemed to be in training outfit. I sat down at the table with them. 'You got training?' I asked, stuffing my mouth with a pancake.

Dani groaned. 'Yes,' she pouted. 'We are going to die. Kena isn't going to go easy on us.'

Aita wrapped her arm around her shoulders. 'If you get hurt, I'll take care of you.' She whispered, her voice husky. I rolled my eyes, yet jealously hit me. 'Can I train?'

Rieka snorted my eyes snapped towards her. 'What's so funny?' I growled lowly, my eyes flickering. Rieka stopped laughing, eyeing Dani for help. Dani chuckled, 'You.. aren't as advanced as us.' Dani explained.

I growled loudly, making most of the wolves stop eating to stare. Why not!'

I heard a soft chuckle, as my eyes met the blond from before. 'Dear, you have never trained a day in your life. And now you want to train with the elite?' She mocked me.

'Yeah, you got to train with the beginners. Like Jennifer' Rieka laughed, earning a glare from the blond who instantly returned her attention to her food.

I eyed Aita, who shrugged and her eyes apologetic. 'She can try,' A voice spoke. 'If she really wants to.'

I instantly recognized the spicy, woodsy scent with a hint of vanilla. Kena. Leto instantly turned into a whimpering little wolf. Eager to see her mate. I turned to meet the hard gaze of my mate.

She slowly walked up to me, her eyes switched to me. Her eyes flickered to her wolf before fading back to the icy blue eyes of Kena. 'I want to.' I stated, refusing to look away.

She tilted her head, amused. 'Well let's see what you got.'

Dani, Rieka and some other women. Including me, followed Kena to the training ground.

I bit my lip as I glanced at Kena, who stood tall and proudly in front of the group. Her black joggings hugged her ass as did the white sports bra. She had a tank top covering it.

Dani coughed. 'Calm down, I am nearly choking on this tense air.'

'Pair up!' Kena growled, Dani clapped me on the back. I winced as I was jerked forward from the hit.

'I promise I won't go easy on you.'

Three hours later, I was sure I was going to die. My muscles hurt everywhere, partially from controlling my rage as Leto wanted to be let out desperately and the rest from all the hits I'd taken. I was starting to understand why I couldn't train with them.

'Ow.' I groaned as Dani hit me again. I fell down, laying back-first on the mat. The ceiling lights were harsh against my sensitive eyes. I blinked when a shadow suddenly loomed over me. Dani laughed as she held out a hand. 'Come on, you fought well today. We will go again tomorrow.'

I groaned as I grabbed her hand, everyone in the room didn't even seem affected by the three hours brutal training. Dani chuckled. 'Don't worry, you'll catch up soon.' It surprised me that even with Dani still being injured that she could still beat the shit out of me. It did explain why she so easily took out Jonah.

I felt a little pride that I'd gained some respect from some of the wolves. I walked out of the room and was greeted by Kena. She was leaning against the wall, her arms crossed. She seemed to be deep in thought, I could see her softly sniffing the air as her eyes snapped towards me. Anger flashed through them, but were quickly replaced with the stone cold glare I was getting used to seeing.

'Regret?' She spoke. Her honey gaze took in my newly cleansed form. She involuntarily let her finger roam the purple bruise on my arm, Dani left a visible in print. 'No,' I breathed, too focused on the fireworks shooting through my veins. 'I enjoyed it.'

She chuckled, the sound vibrated through every fiber of my body. Her eyes shifted to something I hadn't seen before. She slowly removed her hand, straightening her back. 'You're going to be late.' She spoke, turning away from me. 'Late for what?' I followed behind her.

'Class.' Was her cold respond. Ah, we were back to being a stone cold bitch I thought to myself, rolling my eyes. 'But I am all.. sweaty and stuff.' I tried.

She shrugged, 'It wasn't the intention for you to train.'

'I have nothing left to learn.' I protested. She laughed and turned to face me. 'Oh I think you do, little wolf.' She hummed as she lead me to another building, opening a door. In the class room were about ten different kind of people, some boys and some girls. They all seemed to be much younger than I was.

Although I did recognize the woman in front of the class. 'Ah, Accalia. Welcome.' Nimue greeted me.

'Have fun little wolf.' Kena whispered in my ear. I shivered, her scent strong as Leto howled softly.

I glared at her before taking a seat.

'Let's begin.' Nimue clapped her hands.
