The entire roomed had gone quiet as Brynn her words rang heavily in the room. 'Thank you princess Azalea.'

I let go of the breath I was holding and smiled. 'Are you alright?'

She shrugged as she pulled her body up to a sitting position. 'I am, just a little sore,' She answered. 'I am sure you must have a lot of ques-' she paused as her eyes closed.

Sniffing the air, a low purr escaped her. 'Alora..' Her voice barely above a whisper. Tears were rolling down her face as Alora carefully stepped forward, her entire body was shaking as she met the gaze of her mate.

When Alora got closer Brynn pulled her forward, cupping her face before pulling her into a tight hug. Alora buried her face in the crook of Brynn her neck.

'Okay guys, the cuteness is sickening.' Dani chuckled, stepping forward as she greeted Brynn. They slowly pulled away, their foreheads resting against each other.

'What do you remember?' Aita asked, checking Brynn her vitals.

'I remember everything Aita, don't worry,' Brynn spoke softly, pulling away from Alora. 'I remember everything from the fire, to being saved to being stuck in the celestial world. I remember being happy there. I remember Azalea her visit, I tried to walk over but she was gone before I realized what happened.'

I watched Brynn and Alora. I could barely tell what the conversations around me were about. This entire situation seemed unreal to me. Somehow I had managed to wake a woman out of her coma. A woman that had been stuck in the Celestial world for years. Yet somehow she seemed to be fine, as if she only had slept a day.

Leto had disappeared in the back of my mind, but I could still feel her linger around. She was exhausted and as was I. My hands held my body up as I tried to find comfort of a wall. Everything seemed to hit me all at once.

The room seemed to be closing in on me as I struggled to keep my breathing under control. I could hear Alora calling out for me in the distance.

I felt my legs give in but before I hit the ground some strong arms caught me. 'I got you princess.' Brynn spoke before my vision turned black.

I shot up, gasping for air. My eyes quickly scanning the room, a strong hand pushed me back down on the bed and a growl escaped me. 'Calm down.' Brynn smirked, my eyes focused on the woman in front of me.

'What happened?' I breathed, my eyes fixated on her. Her brown hair brought warmth to her features, her green eyes were staring at me intensely. 'You blacked out, and with what I have heard. It isn't the first time since Alcione triggered your gene.' She frowned, worry flashing through her eyes.

'I am fine.' I said, avoiding eye contact.

She chuckles. 'Sicut mater tua..'

My head snapped back towards her. 'What do you mean like my mother?' A growl escaped me, she raised her eyebrow. Completely amused by my knowledge of Latin.

'I am saying your mother was just as stubborn,' Brynn stated, her arms crossed in front of her chest. She stayed quiet for a little while, 'Look, I will every questi-,'

'What was my mother like?' I cut her off.

She smiled, pausing before answering. 'She was an amazing woman, strong, stubborn, a big heart and one fine ass queen. Just like you.'

I smiled, looking down at my hands. Brynn had served under my mother, she knew more than I did. What kind of queen was I if I didn't have a single clue about being a Lycan.

'Azalea?' Brynn spoke after I had been quiet for a few minutes. 'You alright?'

'My name isn't Accalia.' I snapped, confusion taking its toll on me. Something in Brynn her eyes flashed as she growled. She closed her eyes taking a deep breath.

'Your name is Azalea. Daughter of Deianira. Queen of Lycosura. Queen of Lycans.' She growled through gritted teeth.

I growled, Leto not liking her tone one bit. Her eyes snapped open and green eyes were watching me. I was slightly taken aback by her eyes, they weren't the warm lighter green that had been looking at me before. Green, wild eyes were staring back at me.

She growled. 'You are the queen. You need to start behaving like one. Everyone is counting on you. I understand it is a lot to process. No one expected this to happen, but here we are.' She snapped. Anger evident in her eyes.

'Leave Brynn.' I spoke through gritted teeth. Leto her growl rumbled through me, angry with the disrespect of the woman in front of us.

Brynn growled as she watched me fight Leto. Her eyes piercing through me as she crossed her arms. 'When you are ready to accept who you truly are, I will teach you. It is what you mother would've wanted.'

I growled, as I heard her footsteps fade away. 'When you can show me the respect, I as a so-called queen, deserve. We'll talk.' I remarked, staring at her back. She paused, shaking her head before leaving the room.
