A few days had gone by, I was living outside of my body at this moment. Every single day I was forced awake. Leto seemed to be a small voice far away in the back of my mind. Brynn was awfully quiet, the mate bound slowly tearing her apart as well.

My entire being screamed for Kena. I couldn't cry anymore, there were no fluids left to cry. I had gotten skinnier, my entire body didn't feel like my own. The filthy, drunken hands that had touched me. Their scent lingering on me, the only one that seemed to slightly care about us was an older man. He sneaked in water and food for the both of us. He didn't say much, never met my eyes.

I was currently being held by a few guards as Cyllene was roaming around her office. They were discussing the possible location of our pack. She knew I would never give the location up. 'She must be weak enough now.'

A growl escaped me, strong enough that everyone jumped a little. Cyllene chuckled, 'Don't worry princess. You can watch, I promise and Lycans keep their promises.'

I growled, 'In that case ma'am. I promise to kill you and don't worry we Lycans keep our promises.'

Her eyes took a darker shade. 'Leave.'

The guards pulled me away from the room, bringing me to a different room where they removed my handcuffs. The cold wind burning the broken and burned flesh of my wrists. 'These girls will show you what to do and princess you better behave' With that he left me with the four girls, or rather women. I carefully took the girls in, they had cuts and scars covering most of their body, they were extremely skinny and didn't seem to be in good health. I wondered how long they had been here, I followed them to a separate room as they explained what I needed to do, I sighed.

This wasn't new to me at all, I had cleaned plenty of rooms in the six years as an omega at the Silver Moon pack. I silently followed their lead as we started to clean the gigantic living room, the ground was covered with beer bottles and food. 'You look just like your mother.' One of them suddenly spoke, her green eyes pierced right through mine. I raised my eyebrow.

'We uh, saw a painting in the basement.' She said, I could hear her heart skip a beat.

Lie..

The dark haired woman in front of me rolled her eyes. 'Rose, she doesn't know. We said not to bring it up.' She walked up to me, extending her hand for me to shake. 'It is an honor to meet you princess Azalea.' She bowed her head, before pointing to the others. 'That over there is Rose, Camille and Beau. I am Jen.'

'Nice to meet you.'

The woman, named Camille growled as she continued to clean beer bottles. 'This is useless, we waited centuries for her and she is useless. She has no clue. I'll just end up spending the rest of my life cleaning this fucking beer bottles from fake Lycans.' She threw a bottle against the wall as it shattered in a million pieces.

'Centuries?' My eyes widened. 'Are you all Lycans?'

They nodded their head, letting their eyes switch to a bright green before switching back. Jen pulled me with her to the next room as she cleaned the table, I followed her lead. 'After the attack on Lycosura, most of the Lycans fled or died. Some never left Lycosura, we swore an oath to Deianira and the princess. Unfortunately we lost our Lycans and Deianira disappeared.'

I frowned, 'You all lost your Lycan on the day my mother disappeared?'

This caught Camille her attention, her green eyes watching me. 'Yes, we can't explain it. Your mother disappeared and our Lycans just.. followed. I mean they're around, we can feel them but we can't reach them.'

Interesting, Brynn wasn't the only one that lost her Lycan. There were more and that meant I could set them free, I just had to figure out how.

'Your mother had ensured you were safe, we knew in the long run we needed you. We just never knew how and I'm guessing this entire situation means you are the key to our blood line.' Camille spoke, crossing her arms.

I nodded my head yes, returning to cleaning the rooms. After an entire day of cleaning different rooms and being yelled at. I was completely on edge, I sat quietly next to Jen who had her eyes closed. 'Are there documents of my mother still around here?'

'Yes, in her old room. Cyllene has trashed the place trying to find your location. But to no avail, it is messy but I am sure there are documents laying around. Why?'

I started to explain everything from the beginning. My life at the Silver Moon pack, how Dani had stubbornly walked into our border. How a few simple words like Forte Tempus, had triggered something deep inside of me and my time at the Celestial world and me setting Brynn free.

Beau smiled, 'Mated to Kena, the hard-headed teenager. You have a strong mate princess.'

Camille eyed me, 'You broke a chain? An invisible chain?'

I nodded my head yes, 'I don't know how... It's this voice telling me to or rather commanding me to. I am still learning, I only recently found out about my.. history I am sorry.'

Jen squeezed my hands, 'It is alright. No one can blame you.'

'Do you know my father?' I asked the group of woman, they all eyed me before shaking their heads. My father seemed to be a true mystery to everyone. If only I could figure out who he was and if he was still alive.

'If I recall, before she got pregnant with you she kept disappearing.' Rose spoke suddenly.

'Can you find out where?'

'I can try for sure.' Rose said smiling.

'And then what?' Camille asked, 'You march in here and take the throne? Can't you see the truth in front of you? Lycosura is her kingdom now, you are not the queen.'

I rolled my eyes, 'Don't worry, I promise when I get the chance. I will snap Cyllene her neck and if there is one thing I have learned in the past couple of days is that Lycans keep their promises.'

Camille her eyes lit up a mischievous smile playing around the corners of her mouth. She extended her hand. 'Alright princess. My oath is to you.'
