A loud growl escaped me as yet the sound of another child's neck being snapped hit my ears. I fought the handcuffs, my eyes glancing over the tubes that were filling these wolves with wolfs bane. My chest burned and I knew it was the pain of being away from my mate. I squinted my eyes shut as I tried to shut the tears out. Leto let out a soft whimper at the thought of our mate. I missed her voice, her scent, her soft lips and the way her eyes would lit up the minute I would enter the room.
Gosh, I had missed her so much.
I growled lowly, my senses were on high alert and it was driving me insane. Cyllene had left me tied up on this chair, feeding my body with wolfsbane in the middle of this room. Every single monitor, every single wolf that screamed out of fear, every whimper and every snapping sound.
It was driving me insane.
I could barely feel Leto, my head snapped up as two guards walked up to me, their faces covered with scars. They smoothly pulled me to my feet. 'Where are we going?'
They pushed me out of the door, it was hard to advert my eyes from the death omega's around me. I let out the breath I was holding when the doors closed behind me.
At the end of the hall a door opened and I was greeted by Cyllene leaning casually on the door post. Inside the room was a gigantic bed, completely dark and in the corner a small desk with papers and documents. The older paintings had been thrown in a corner, ripped apart. 'Leave us.' Cyllene spoke and the door closed as she turned to meet my eyes.
Her aura was suffocating my slowly, her cold stare and her arms crossed. 'Do you know who your father is?' She asked, walking over to her desk as she poured herself a drink. I shook my head, I didn't know.
'Your father.. was strong. I believe, he just failed to do what an Alpha does for his mate; protect, provide and produce for their woman and pack.'
She took a sip as she circled me. I kept quiet, I wasn't going to give her the satisfaction of my words. She smirked. 'Aren't you curious about the history of your family?'
'No.'
Her gaze got darker as she walked over to me, her face close to mine. She inhaled my scent and I couldn't suppress the growl that escaped me. 'You reek of wolfsbane,' she raised her hand, slowing showing her claw. Her sharp nail scratching my neck. I hissed as I pulled back, baring my canines. She chuckled. 'A wolf wouldn't have survived the amount of wolfs bane we gave you. Even a Lycan would barely survive the amount.' She spoke softly, tilting her head as a devilish smile formed itself around the corners of her mouth.
Her claw wrapped itself around my throat as she squeezed it hard. I forced myself to stay calm, 'Now I wonder,' she whispered softly into my ear. 'Who your father truly is.' She dropped me to the floor and I gasped for air.
She turned her back to me as she finished her drink. 'What do you want from me?'She sat down on the bed. 'Oh princess, I am going to use you against your precious mate.'
'And Brynn?' I swallowed the lump in my throat down.
'Easy, both of you will be suffering until I know what do to.' Cyllene spoke, waving it off as she took a seat behind her desk.
Within seconds two guards grabbed my arms, she smiled. 'Please rest dear. I am going to have to help you shift into your Lycan.'

Alcione was growing impatient, we sniffed the air. Hoping to catch a whiff of the scent of our mate. We had been searching this area for almost an entire day. The pain had slowly subsided, all I could feel was the throbbing pain and the fear filling our bond. A loud growl of pure frustration escaped me, shaking the trees around us.
