chapter 5: there can only be one king in a kingdom

I asked Andile to be my plus one to the dinner and even though the Minister didnt say if I can bring a plus one or not I just needed him to be there making sure that I look great and you know relevant at all times.

As I drove in I notice that I'm not the only person invited to this dinner cause there are two cars parked in the drive way. I park my car and check myself out in the rear view mirror to check if I'm looking presentable.

I'm wearing a olive green pant suit with a black strapless lace bralet underneath that beautifully shows my cleavage and for the shoes Andile suggested that I wear a black red bottom pencil heel and a black 20 inch long fringe weave.

Andile is also wearing a nude suit with no shirt underneath his blazer and for the first time ever ladies and gentleman Andile is not wearing a weave,he is flaunting his bald head today. A round of applause please.

We both step out of the car and fixed each others outfits,a bodyguard comes to lead us to where the rest of the people are.

We walked in and we were welcomed by a young lady who was formally dressed,she looked pretty neat and presentable.

"Miss Ndilika I would like to welcome you and your partner to the Ntonga humble abode"she politely says smiling.

"Thank you so much"I respond also smiling.

"Please come this way"she says leading the way,we follow her as we admired the house,everything looks vintage,antique and fancy like this is not my kinda style but I absolutely love it.

The lady who I assume must be the person in charge of the house helpers leads us to the terrace where everyone is.

"Oh the women of the hour has arrived ladies and gentlemen"Mr Ntonga announced as soon as he noticed Andile and I approaching. Everyone turns to look our way smiling and well I'm not usually very shy but then I really don't like unnecessary attention it just makes me feel awkward.

"Good evening everyone and thank you so much for inviting me into your beautiful home Mr and Mrs Ntonga"I mention looking at the woman I'm assuming to be Mr Ntonga's wife,she looks at me smiling and she looks quite nice but then she has that face that just shows that you don't mess with her at all.

"Its only a pleasure sisi after what you've done for this family its really the least we can do"she responds and people did I mention that the lady is first of all drinking whiskey and secondly the babe is dressed like queen Elizabeth actually now I understand where the vintage style is coming from.

"I was just doing what I'm paid to do"

"Of which you very good at doing. I'm Zwelethu the old guys second born" the guy standing next to Mr Ntonga says and I don't know why but I'm sensing a strong energy from him,he has that powerful aura about him like his voice and everything its commanding and dominant...I actually hate being around men like that cause I always put pressure on myself to also be assertive and bold.

"Pleasure to meet you sir"I shake his hand smiling.

"I'm Cindy,his wife"the beautiful tall and slim woman next to him says smiling.

"Nice to meet you too Ma'am and I hope you don't mind Mr Ntonga I brought my PA along cause I honestly can't do anything without him by my side"I give notice looking at Mr Ntonga and he dismisses me with his hand. "No don't be silly its fine,I know how important a PA is especially to you youngsters"

"Zwelethu can you check on your sisters again please the food is almost ready"Mr Ntonga says looking annoyed,his wife brushes his shoulder cause the dude is losing it. Zwelethu walks away to make the phone call.
