"So Ndoni tell me what do you think about kids in general?you love them or wish to have some in the future?"Ma asks with her eyes dancing between Ndoni and I.

"I love kids ma,I also want to have my own big family one day so definitely"she answers with the widest smile. If this was a competition for the perfect makoti she would win without a doubt, the way she is answering all these questions "perfectly".

"Thats nice. I'm sure Ndumiso will make a great father one day"ma says looking at me. I look up furrowing my eyebrows.

My phone rings interrupting me. They both threw me a stern look. "Its Lwando, please excuse me"I stand up walking away to answer the call.

"Undicedile ntwana wandifowenela yerr magriza noNdoni badlala uDate my family(Its a good thing you called bro,mom and Ndoni are playing date my family) and I'm dreading every minute of it"

"Ntwana you better find a way to get out of there cause Milonke was just here at work and she is not okay at all"

"Lwando what are you saying Milonke is not in south Africa"

"Ndumiso I'm telling you I just talked to her now ntwana"

"WHAT?Is something wrong with her?is she hurt?"

"No I think she came to visit someone, she didnt explain anything to me but I could see she is not okay at all"

"Is she still there?"

"No, she left a few minutes ago"

"Sure bro just try to find out who she came to visit and what's going on. I'll try to find her"

"No problem. I'll see what I can do"

I drop the call and hurried out to the dining hall.

"I need to go. I'll explain later"I informed walking straight out.

I got in my car and tracked her phone on my phone. What the fuck is she even doing in Camps Bay.

•••

I came to a halt infront of The Rock Cafe pub and slid out of the car jogging my way inside. I searched around and spotted her sitting at a corner of a bar table having a glass of wine talking to this stupid fool taking his chances with her.

"Yeyy khawu futseke mqundu ndingekaku cimi. FUTSEK!!(get the fuck out here before I kill you. FUCK OFF"I growled grabbing him by his cheap jacket and pulling him away.

"Haybo bra yintoni ngoku?"he asks balancing on a table near by.

"Ndithe futsek mqundu ngubani bra yakho"

He huffed angrily, fixing his jacket and walked away shaking his head.

I exhaled taking the glass of wine in her hands and putting it away from her. "Ntwenhle let's go home, you clearly had more than enough to drink"

She shook her pouting. She is so drunk she doesn't know what to do with herself. I chortle shaking my head. "You really should stop drinking"

I took her phone and car keys putting them in my pocket and helped her stand up. "I don't want to go"she mumbled under her breath.

"You don't have a choice love. Fuck you so heavy"I breathlessly say as we struggled our way out to the car. I helped her inside the car, lowered her sit so she can sleep and fastened her seatbelt before jogging to my side of the car.

"You sure going to regret this tomorrow"I say starting my car engine

•••

We got to her house and we struggled our way inside and up the stairs again. The moment she go to bed I helped her off her clothes leaving her only with her underwear on then helped her get under the covers, she curled up like a little baby mumbling.

I exhaled sitting down on the edge of the bed and took out my phone. It has been vibrating my whole way here,Ndoni had left me 14 missed calls already. I walked out to the balcony to call her.

"Baby"I answered as I closed the sliding door behind me.

"Ndumiso where the hell are you and I hope for your sake that your explanation is reasonable"

"Babe I'll explain when I am back for now I'm trying to fix a mess"

"You just left without explaining, why?"

"Baby I know I promise I will explain later for now sleep we'll talk tomorrow"

"Okay. Stay safe,I love you"

"Sure. Love you too"I dropped the call and took off my clothes to get ready for bed.
