"Baby this is beautiful. I love it,I really do"she says with her eyes scanning the elegantly designed interior of Zuro.

I flashed her a slight smile and cleared my throat dropping the smile. "So Lorna told me you back for good"

"Come on babe is that really what we going to talk about? This topic for me is boring but anyways I had told you many times that I'm tired of New York and I wanted to come back home and be with my family and you"she holds my hands and I squeezed them faking a smile. "Isn't that what you wanted?"

"I mean it is babe but then what about your businesses there and your whole life...are you sure about this decision?"

"Babe I've never been this sure about anything before in my life. I am tired of traveling I just want to settle down and start a normal life here in South Africa with the people I love and my father thinks its time I take over some of his businesses since he is getting older and why do I get the sense that you don't want me to come back?"

"No baby thats nonsense,you know there's nothing I want more than this" I plant a kiss on the back of her hand as I held both of them. "You belong here with me"

"I know right. Babe sorry to ruin this beautiful moment but I need to use the ladies"

I nod smiling. "Its fine babe but dont take too long I need you here in front of me"

She stands up and blows me a kiss before walking away. I exhaled loudly as soon as she left my sight.

This is a mess,a very huge and shitty mess. This was not how things were supposed to be.

This was supposed to be a business arrangement where my family sacrificed me to be the one who will seal the deal for our family. Ndoni was used as a way to get to her father,she was the weakest link and I was the only person who can get close to her. I was the only way in and it didnt bother me cause she was hardly in South Africa that means I didn't have to see her everyday just once every six months. On the other side it was good for business cause that means we have a solid relationship with his father which is our supplier. 

Now everything is falling apart. If Ndoniyamanzi would find out that I am seeing Milonke her father would kill me. Ta Zuks is the most ruthless man to ever walk on this earth,he would skin me alive...but I can't end things with Milonke.

"Babe I'm back"I take a mini deep breath and looked up grinning.

"What took you so long?"

"Wow look at you all clingy. I need to get something to eat kanti where the hell are the employees of this place"she asks snapping her fingers in the air.  A waiter approaches us rushing.

"What does one have to do to get proper service here?argh this is what I hate about South Africa"she rolls her eyes flipping her hair to the back.

"Babe just calm down"I calmly say lowering my voice.

"Im sorry ma'am for the inconvenience"

"No babe this is unacceptable"she says scanning through the menu. "Listen here I want a lamb shank and please make sure its perfectly done with a side of baby potatoes, broccoli and sauteed baby carrots. For my drink I'll have a bottle of Dom Perignon rosé" The waiter nods after writing down her order.

"I'll just have a glass of sparkling water with lemon thank you"I order and flashed the waiter a brief smile,the waiter nods before walking away.

"I cant wait to post that I'm having dinner with my one and only at Zuro. My followers have been waiting for content" she says takeing out her phone,she takes a video of the place including me.

"So baby I was thinking we should start viewing houses as soon as possible so that you can also relocate to Pretoria and I don't want you to feel pressured or anything but I think its time for you to put a ring on it since we moving in together. I don't do vat n sit"

"One step at a time baby,we don't have to rush anything"

"Yes I understand babe but we not getting any younger and I'm sure you want to have a family and kids,my dad wants grandkids and I don't want my dad to die before getting his grandkids"

I lowly sigh brushing my forehead. "I hear you"

"I was also thinking that we should start a new business together with the money that I will get from selling the businesses I owned in New York so that our babi-

"Ndoniyamanzi gawume ndiyakcela yabona le into ayiyo le bendiyizele(please just stop. I didnt sign up for this)"I stood up and grabbed my car keys before walking out of the restaurant.

"Uyagula?uphambene Ndumiso?sendtcho ndifunuyazi leyenzeka enqondweni yakho mfo(are you crazy?are you mad Ndumiso?I just want to know what the hell is going on in that head of yours)"Sakhile hisses angrily. I clentch my jaw,clutching my hands together.

"That woman is too much to handle Sakhile. She was busy going on and on about marriage,kids,relocating ibinintsi nje I just couldn't take it anymore. I thought she was staying for a few weeks then she leaves I mean that's why I'm here for crying out loud but now she is talking about moving back to South Africa and us moving in together"

"Ndumiso just wake up and face reality,if this lady is pissed that means her father is pissed and if her father is pissed then its over for all of us including the business that our father spent years to build. We can't afford to fight or have any kind of conflict with Ta Zuks cause he is our main supplier"

"So I must deal with his spoilt daughter who complains about almost everything and makes it seem like everything is about her. Mfo I have a woman in my life whom I love very much and Ndoni is so invested on these social what what so its only a matter of time before Milonke sees it"

"Same Milonke who cheated on you with some waiter?"

"You really had to bring that up?"

"I'm being realistic Ndumiso. Now is not the time to be thinking with your heart Mfo.  Ndoni is smart,goal driven,capable,beautiful,sexy what more do want?"

"Definitely not her and if she is so precious and perfect why don't you go for her. I'm not marrying that woman Mfo"

"Eyyy guys you gonna wake Milani up,what's going on?"Lorna Sakhile's wife asks tying her sleeping robe, descending the stairs.

"Its Mr Mkani right over here,he walked out on Ndoni"

"Oh thats not a good. I'm sure she probably has the whole city looking for you. That woman is crazy trust me I know"Ndoni says folding her arms.

My phone buzzed for probably the hundredth time and it was yet another phone call from her. "Imagine having to deal with this for the rest of my life. Andicingi (I'd never)"

"So what now?are you breaking up with her?"Ndoni asks taking a seat next to her husband.

"As if thats an option"

"Eyy Sakhile I make my own decisions don't tell me that. I just need some space so that I can think straight so please have yourself a good night" I stand up making my way to the bedroom.
