MARINETTE POV:

The first ten minutes or so after the 'situation' were fucking awkward and silent.

We wouldn't look at each other, we wouldn't speak, and we barely moved!

The only sounds that could be heard, were my scissors gliding through the fabric, and the whirring of my sewing machine.

As I was finishing up Adrien's costume in silence, I heard him clear his throat to speak, which almost scared the living shit out of me (I SAID ALMOST!)

"Hey," He started.

Which got my attention, so I turned my head from the nearly finished costume to face Chat.

"I'm sorry that happened! I swear to fucking god that it was an accident! I am not a pervert and would never purposely look at you like that! It's just, I was moving my head because I didn't want to see- well, um, y'know! But you kept moving my head back to it's original positioning, and you seemed really stressed at the time, so I didn't want to make you more frustrated and- AGH! These are bullshit excuses! I should have just told you earlier to spare you the embarrassment! I'm a fucking idiot!"

With each sentence that he rambled, his face turned a slightly darker shade of red each.

I could tell that he was genuinely sorry, which was weird as hell!

I was always used to being stuck with the cocky, pun-making, dumbass, but right here, siting in front of me was a genuine, caring, decent person to be around!

I let out a soft sigh and sat down right in front of him, gaining his attention, "Well, I'm glad 'it'," I say using air quotes, "Wasn't intentional. But you're right on two things: you should have told me sooner, and you are a fucking idiot. But that's besides the point! The point is, thanks for being a decent person and not judging my clothing, or my body."

He gave me a slight smirk and stood up, grabbing my arm and pulling me up too.

"What the hell are you doing?"

He gave me a soft chuckle and pulled a spare desk chair that I had up to my desk, "I thought that if I was gonna be here all morning, I might as well make myself useful!" He suggested.

I was shocked, but let a snort escape from my lips, "What? Never known a guy who can sew?" he said with a bit of hurt in his voice.

I realized he was being serious and stopped my laughter almost instantly, "I'm sorry, I thought you were joking! I didn't take you for a guy who could sew...sorry for making an assumption..."

He just shrugged, "Well, my dad was in the field of fashion design, so he taught me a thing or two."

After he was done talking up himself, his cocky demeanor slipped into gloom, but he quickly shook it off...I wonder why?

"Well, let's get going! You don't want this promise that you made to be an empty one, do you?" I nodded in determination.

We both sat down and got to work.

ADREN POV:

After Marinette gave me a full-on tutorial on how to make the costumes and what to use, we got started getting to work.

I was pretty fast with a needle and thread from all those sewing classes I took when I was young... Wait! Don't dwell on the past Agreste!

As I was saying, it didn't take me long to complete both Juleka and Rose's costumes.

By the time I was finished with those two, Marinette had just finished completing Ivan's and was about to start on Luka's.

"Hey, you look pretty tired, I could make this for you while you take a quick cat na-"
