Chapter 43 Tired

SILVER NAHLA’S POV

“How did that motherfucking Cj escaped? Siguro ikaw ang kasabwat niya!” Devaughn frustratingly accused Orion as she pointed her index finger
on her.

I woke up an hour ago at the hospital after being asleep for more like 20hrs and was discharged immediately because I don’t wanna stay in the hospital as a patient. I like going to the hospital as a doctor but not as a patient or a family member of patient.

So yeah, I passed out yesterday when I got hysterical after fighting with that mother fucking Calvin. Pag gising ko lahat na sila nandito, including Sapphire and her wife ate Alrisa na nananahimik sa Manila after their honeymoon.

Itong si Devaughn din na galing pang Australia ay napauwi ng biglaan dahil sa nangyari. Pati nga si tita ay gusto din daw sumunod kaso hindi niya naman maiwan ang kambal na si Zio at Rylie dahil may mga pasok ito. Nasa kaniya na kasi nakatira ang mga iyon ngayon.

Si Lyle din na from US pa ay na nasa Police station ngayon at inaasikaso ang kaso kasama si Rayana. I just done talking to the Police authorities because they arrived here at my house  just exactly when we get home, to get my statement. After the questioning, Lyle and Rayana went in the Police station with the Police investigators to settle things for the case kasi nga nakatakas nanaman ang fucker na yon which is the reason of the nonstop banters of Orion and Devaughn towards each other.

Sapphire and ate Alrisa also went out to visit Cynthia before pa magstart ako kuhanan ng statement. Now, things were flashing on my mind again.

“Excuse me?! Stop always accusing me of the things I never did. How come you practice law and accuse me without due process” maanghang naman na sagot ni Orion kay Devaughn.

“You are his sister so malamang hindi mo natiis! You were also late when you arrived at the parking lot when you are supposedly with Silver! Based on the CCTV footage” Devaughn fired back again.

“I told you, I was with my sister Killa! You idiot. She went in the hospital to see me! And besides, you are Cj’s bestfriend! Maybe you are the one who’s helping him. You are so good at accusing me ever since!”

Napailing nalang ako sa naririnig na sagutan ng dalawa at pagod na napaupo sa couch habang hinihilot ko ang aking sintido. Dahil sa ingay nilang dalawa ay parang tumitibok na ang mga ugat ko sa ulo sa sakit.

“Girls, stop it. Kakagising lang ni Silver tapos pinapasakit niyo agad ang ulo” awat sakanila ni Akiko saka umupo sa tabi ko.

“Siya kasi eh!/It’s her fault” they said in unison while pointing at each other. Sabay pa silang mag irapan bago umupo sa magkabilang couch.

“Does it hurt so bad? Do you want to go back to your room?” Akiko softly asked as she sat beside me and removed my hands on my temple to start massaging my head.

I just shook my head as a response and wrapped my arms on her waist to hug her which resulted her to stop from massaging my head and hugged me back.

“Lo siento” I sadly whispered but still enough for her to hear. “I’m sorry, Akie. I promise to surely catch him the next time I see him again and make him pay for everything” I added saka ko lalong hinigpitan ang pagkakayakap sa kaniya to snuggle her.

I felt her hand gently stroke my hair as she spoke. “It’s not your fault, b. Don’t stress yourself too much”

I looked up to face her. “He’s already on my fucking hands, Akie. I’m so stupid. I should have finished him!” My jaw tightened as I remember what happened.

I was going out of the hospital with Orion after we finished our last exam for the day when we saw Kuya Hisham. We were in the hospital building because our exam includes was a practical skills.
