I slowly opened my eyes, waking up from "Happy Together" by The Turtles playing outside my earphones, only to be buried under the ball pit.
Wait, ball pit?
"Miss! Miss!"
Is that... a child's voice?
Hold on, where's that lunatic?!
I instantly sat up from the dusty ball pit, only to be blinded by the bright sunrays. My whole body ached from all the running earlier which was quite irritating. My hands had red stains on them that couldn't be removed right away. Thank goodness my jacket was black so the blood on my arm isn't too visible.
Wait, it's clean...
WHAT'S HAPPENING?! AM I DEAD?!
While lost in thought, I was dazzled by the sunlight passing through the large windows. I checked my surroundings and found myself in the same abandoned restaurant but... clean and filled with people. What the hell?!
"Are you okay miss?"
I looked in the direction where the voice was coming from. It was a boy with short brown hair, wearing a white shirt and blue pants, sitting beside me.
"Wasn't this place empty before...?" I whispered
"Empty? But it's my friend's birthday today!" the boy replied in a giddy tone.
"Birthday?"
"Mhm! Over there!"
The boy pointed in a direction with kids were being mesmerized by three giant animatronics A brown bear with a top hat, a yellow chicken holding a cupcake, and an indigo rabbit playing the guitar.
What the hell is happening?
"Why were you sleeping in the ball pit miss?"
Sleeping? How long was I out?!
What year is it?
How did I get here?
I have so many questions right now...
"Hey uh, where am I exactly?" I asked while dusting my clothes.
"You're funny miss! You're in Freddy Fazbear's Pizza silly!"
Freddy Fazbe-
Oh no....
WHAT HAVE I GOTTEN MYSELF INTO?!
"Can you pinch me?" I asked.
"N-No! That would hurt!"
Aww, that's sweet but I need a reality check
"It's okay, I just need to confirm something" I answered with a calm tone.
"Okay... please don't be mad at me..." he replied with an unsure voice.
He reached for my face and pinched both sides of my cheeks; his hands were soft and warm, and it wasn't even painful.
"Did it hurt...?" the boy changed his expression to a worried face.
"No, but thank you" I smiled and patted his back, his eyes shone when I gave him the compliment.
"Noah! Come on! It's time to go!"
I heard a woman's voice, calling for "Noah" and the boy in front of me turned around.
