i think it was ep 7.. also.. now that im really watching sk8 i understand how reki feels. probably the one of the characters i can really relate to..

also i hate when my friends attempt to cheer me up , nothing'll make me feel any different from how i am now , im worthless & the world would be better off w/o me.

" hey rek— oh uh you good? " the question was asked as i immediately changed my smile into a worried expression. " is it something to do w/ skating? or are you just feeling down? " i put my hand on his shoulder as he had his head down.

" no.. im fine. " he shrugged , attempting to get out of my grip. " ... " i kept quiet , if theres one thing i know about reki , its that he hates being asked continuously if he's okay. my choice is to either comfort him or believe him.

im not a damn fool , sometimes at least.

" since you wont tell me whats wrong , i wont worry. " i smiled as i put my arm around him. " much , at least. "

" y/n do you ever get the feeling you're only living bcs you're forced to? i mean i like being here & all.. teaching langa how to skate but... " reki sighed , not continuing which i took my chance to respond. " sometimes yeah.. but your presence is enough to make me feel like i matter to at least some one. " giving his back a pat & hair a ruffle , i smiled as he tried to do the same.

" thanks but you're just telling me that bcs you're required to , as a friend. " reki moved my hands away from him as he continued walking down the dark road , i stopped for a few seconds , stunned by what he'd said.

" you coming or what? i dont want you getting lost. " he didnt stop walking , but he did slow his movements. i acknowledged that so i ran ahead.

" what if i wanna be more than friends? then what?? " after raising a brow , i crossed my arms as reki completely stopped walking , he'd entered a trance that was going to be hard getting him out of. " oh. " was all he stated.

" reki? are you... there? " walking in front of him , i shook his shoulders. in return i got a blank stare.

" could you.. repeat that? " reki asked , staring at me cluelessly. " i said , i would like to be more than friends. more than best friends— "

" yes! thats what im saying , i— " feeling a warm pressure on my lips was enough to wash all my worries away like water. " i guess i wouldnt mind that , " his soft lips touched mines yet again as we heard a distant shouting.

" reki?? are you around here? " the voice asked as the red head noticed it as the very person that caused him to fall into his current sad state. " l-langa!? where are you? " the male held my hand tightly , slowing following the shouting langa.

" uhm.. i dont know how to describe it , from what i can tell you dont seem far...! " the male observed.

" stay where you are , we'll come find you! " reki intertwined our fingers as we ran down the empty road.

" reki? what do you mean ' we ' ? are you w/ someone? " the clueless voice became less distant as we ran. " oh yeah , my girlfriend & i. oh— there you are!! " langa seen our intertwined hands when his eyes landed on us.

" y/n? " the blue haired male i recognized asked. " wha— you guys know each other??? since when??? " the shocked reki was even more shocked after what i responded w/.

" w-we're pen pals... we met like a week ago.. "
