Remembering from Nirvana

Error stood in front of the office door, staring at it for a bit before taking a deep breath and knocking. "Your highness? May I come in?" Error called, there was shuffling from the other side before he heard Nightmare's deep voice. "You may." Error then entered a bit, bowing at first and noticing that Nightmare motioned for him to get up. "What brings you here, Error?" Nightmare sighed softly. "This better be quick, I'm already annoyed enough that my boys have suddenly stopped responding to me." Nightmare frowned before narrowing his eyesockets in suspicion when he felt the smugness emitting from Error.

"I know, and I'm both sorry and not at the same time." Error hummed and Nightmare turned to him. "Error, what did you do?" Nightmare sighed in annoyance. "I'm taking the whole court out to destress, and that includes you, Your highness." Error then gave a sheepish smile. "So erm... Please cooperate? I know I'm already asking too much, but you all need it." Error spoke and Nightmare shook his skull. "Absolutely not. This problem is serious, and if I take my attention away from it, it could be disastrous-" "Not as disastrous if you made a mistake from how stressed you are." Nightmare then blinked at Error in surprise.

"Your highness, I'm sorry, again, but you need the break. Stressing yourself out would only lead to more problems, and not to mention, you're lacking sleep as well, I can see those bags under your eyesockets." Error frowned as he then walked towards Nightmare. "If you continue down this path without even giving yourself a break, you'll start slipping on your performances, and making the situation worse for yourself. Let me do this, Lord Nightmare." Error placed his hands on the desk as he stared at Nightmare dead on, who was quite shocked by the turn of events.

Nightmare then cleared his throat a bit before intertwining his hands on the desk. "I cannot do that Error, lives are at stake here-" "And more will be if you keep making careless moves. If lives are at stake then your best interest is to save them, right? But how would you even be able to save them if you're already stressed enough as it is. I don't know what's making you this stressed out, but one wrong move could even put you out of your position M'Lord." Error then kept his look deadpanned now, especially since he needs to convince Nightmare.

Nightmare then stared back at Error, seeing his determined gaze, and sensing the sudden aura of authority, he couldn't help but just sigh. Fucking damn it. "Fine." Nightmare then stood up and Error perked up. "Great! Meet me and the other boys in the court in-" Error stopped for a bit. "Oh yeah, you shouldn't wear your royal outfit out so that lesser people would crowd around you, this is meant to be a destressing get together, so we don't want you to stress from other people." Error grinned and Nightmare hummed, he's got a point though. He then sighed. "I don't think I'll have any outfits that won't show off my royalty." Nightmare frowned at that thought and Error tilted his skull.

"Well, maybe I can choose for you?" Nightmare was hesitant for a bit before sighing softly, he'll have to trust Error in this. "Fine, let's go." Nightmare then reached a tentacle out and Error blinked a bit, now feeling a bit nervous before hesitantly touching it. Blinking when it didn't react to him, he then carefully grabbed it and Nightmare just smiled a bit at the giddiness radiating from Error. Nightmare then teleported to his room with Error and Error looked around in awe at the pretty room.

Error then found the closet and opened it, looking through, he hummed when he noticed that most of them always had the symbol of the Moon Empire. He guesses that that's what makes Nightmare be known as royalty... That and probably his tentacles in all honesty, and the crown as well, that one was obvious.

Error hummed a bit in thought as he then began to look through, Nightmare just watching Error rummage carefully. Honestly, Error was more careful than Peril, which he was thankful for. That asshole always somehow messes up his clothing whenever he wants to pick something out for him, hence why Peril's banned from his closet now.

"Ah... This could work." Error then carefully took a set of outfits that he thought would fit and then giving it to Nightmare. "Here your highness, try this on." Error hummed and Nightmare carefully took it with a sigh. Alright... He wonders how this would turn out as Error is still an amnesiac.

He then turned and then went into the bathroom while Error just looked around, but stayed in place. He knows not to touch anything that isn't his after all, plus, he might accidentally mess something up! Which would be a really big no no.

He finds the room quite nice and comfortable though so that's a plus. He then blinked when he heard footsteps and saw Nightmare step out the door, in a white fading to a light green collar shirt, black dress pants and black shoes. Nightmare was quite impressed with the look despite it being simple. Error tilted his skull a bit, it's missing something. He then glanced at Nightmare once more before he then suddenly opened his inventory. "Is something the matter?" "It's just missing something is all, your highness." Error admitted and Nightmare raised a brow. "We'll need something to cover up your moon emblem first of all, as that would attract the attention of passerbys. As well as possible assholes who'd try to jump at you." Error spoke, surprising Nightmare with the sudden use of a curse word.

He couldn't help but agree with Error though, as much as he'd be fine with fights, he's a little bit rusty since he hasn't been in action for a while. There's also the fact that he wouldn't really want to go through the damn trouble of killing them and having to hide the bodies. The Moon Empire may have rumors of having murderers in it, which is actually true, but they don't kill in open daylight or in view of other people. That would just tarnish his reputation.

"Aha." Error then pulled out a piece of clothing from his inventory, which intrigued Nightmare a bit. For one, he can feel a bit of magic in it, strong one, but he couldn't tell who's or what magic it is. And secondly, the fabric looks new, and nothing like the ones Peril and Rose use to make their garments. "I don't remember ever buying or getting this, as it's just actually been sitting in my inventory, but this should help complete the look." Error chirped, walking towards Nightmare and carefully undoing the cloth, to reveal a long scarf. It was a pretty one too. He then carefully wrapped it around Nightmare and adjusted it so that it hides the emblem. The scarf wasn't too long or too short, just right. The front end that was covering his emblem reached just his waist, and the back reaches just below his pelvis. It was surprisingly perfect.

The scarf was black that faded to an ombre purple, there was a white crescent moon on the front of the scarf. It doesn't even look like his crest either so it could easily be mistaken as something casual that just represents the Moon Empire in general.

"I see..." Nightmare was still quite shocked at the scarf, it was also quite soft and comfortable too. Just where the hecc is this scarf even from?! He'd ask Error but he already said he doesn't remember. He then glanced at him to notice him staring at the crown. "Oh... Right." Nightmare then carefully took off the crown, it felt... Weird. Having it off in all honesty. "You can just put it in your inventory, your highness." Error chirped and Nightmare blinked. Ah, right, he forgot that they had that...

Opening his inventory, he then carefully placed his crown inside before looking at the mirror, he's gotta say, he genuinely likes the outfit, even if it wasn't something a royal would wear, it was enough to make him look pretty decent and fashionable. "You have a good taste in fashion, Error." Nightmare couldn't help but complement, causing Error to blink and sheepishly smile. "Uhm... Thank you." Error bashfully replied and Nightmare then turned towards him. "We should go now though, the boys must be waiting." Nightmare spoke, Error blinking and nodding. They then teleported to the throne room.
