Monokuma: A body has been discovered! After a certain amount of time has passed, which you may use however you like, the Class Trial will begin!
The killer had became the killed. Only a few days after he got away with Shouko's murder and Mayu's suicide attempt via Nanae taking the fall, karma had finally caught up with Iori.
Some had ran off upon seeing his almost-unrecognisable corpse, with an expression of warped agony, and I couldn't blame them. But to be fair, that's what you get when your delusions of godhood go up in smoke before your very eyes... literally.
Not that it mattered much to Monokuma: in his eyes, the murderer of a murderer was still a murderer, and had to be executed. Naturally, the job of determining who exactly was said murderer fell upon us: the boys and girls surrounding his charred corpse.
Reiji: ...He's dead.
Tetsuo: Good. He had it coming.
Reiji: Look, I don't care how much of a dick he was, he's dead! Someone we personally knew is dead!
Tetsuo: And you think it's a tragedy?! He let his inferiority complex mutate into a god complex, and that's what got him killed! So says Sparkling Justice!
Asuka: Umm... guys? Should we calm down-
Homura: It's too late. He's gone.
Asuka: ...Iori?
Homura: Of course.
Even now, I still felt a mix of both pity and relief. Sure, I knew him: he wanted to be a somebody, not a nobody. It was just that with the monstrous extremes he went to make his wish come true...
Ukyo: We must also locate the whereabouts of the following three individuals: Sasuke Akechi, Kira Aozaki, and Chie Midoriyama-
Tetsuo: Oh, cut it out, Ukyo. We have bigger fish to fry here. Besides, they were there when we saw that somebody smoked him out. They couldn't have gone far.
Ukyo: I defer to your judgement, then.
Homura: Okay then. Shall we begin the investigation?
Asuka: Sure, I, uh, guess. This is horrible...
Homura: I know...
Reiji: Right. Let's find out which one of us killed 'im.

(Investigation: Sensory Room)
Of course, first things first would be to search the crime scene.
Homura: To begin with, I must have been given this shortly before he went...
Reiji: Monokuma?
Homura: Yeah. Here.
Without any other words, she handed me a familiar object. A black file which I read with caution.
Monokuma File #5: The victim is the Ultimate Snake Charmer, Iori Jabami. The victim's body was discovered in the sensory room. The estimated time of death is 4:40PM. The cause of death cannot be determined. The victim additionally has been severely burned via a flammable substance.
Wow. Whoever wanted that guy's head on a pike really went out of their way to ensure that his death was as brutal as possible. One small problem: everybody most likely wanted him dead.

Reiji: Now, let me look at the body?
