Admin: HISTORY LESSON; ACTIVATE!!!!
Sweden: Once upon a time, there was a mighty kingdom called Sweden. He 'owned' pretty many countries. Mostly the countries around the Baltic Sea. One of these were the island Åland (pronounced Ou-land).
Finland: Finland and Sweden were always fighting about this little island called Åland. One year it was Sweden's, another Finlands. (I even think it was Russian for a while too)
Åland: One day Åland got tiered of all the fighting, so he/she became an own country (micronation). That's where the saying "Go Åland" comes from. It techincally means to break free.
Admin: Jüpp. That was Swedish history for you guys...
And this is sort of why I'm creating an OC of Åland.
But, I cannot do it alone.
Please, comment and what ever of how you think Åland should look. I'll try to include as mush as possible.
