Chapter 10

After my unbelievably steamy encounter with Isaac I was left feeling completely satisfied. I never thought sex could be that insanely hot. He knew exactly how and where to touch me to make me feel incredible pleasure.

Sunday morning 9.30am

Not surprisingly I slept very well last night. I haven't even thought about how things are going to be the next time I see Isaac but hopefully we can just continue working away as normal. It's not like we spend that much time together in the office anyway.

I drag myself out of bed and decide on an outfit for the day.

I slip on one of my summer dresses and check myself in the mirror.

After some breakfast I decide to go for a walk on the beach. I grab my phone and head out of my apartment. I'm just coming through the hotel lobby when I hear a familiar voice call my name.

"Tessa?"

I turn to see Mia coming out of the bar.

"Oh hey Mia."

"Where did you disappear off to last night?"

"Oh I had a terrible migraine, I would have been miserable company so I went back to my apartment to lay down."

"Aw you poor thing. Hey, come on in and join us. We are just finishing the breakfast."

I look to Mia a little confused.

"Who is we?"

"Oh sorry. It's just ourselves and our parents, we all stayed in the hotel last night. It was a bit of a late night."

"Ah I see. I might give it a miss, I was just heading for the beach."

"Oh come on Tessa, just for a little bit. We barely got to chat with you last night."

Mia looks at me pleadingly. I'm torn, I'm anxious about seeing Isaac so soon after our shenanigans last night but I don't want to dissapoint Mia either.

"Please......"

"Okay, just for a little bit."

"Yay.....come on."

Mia grabs my hand and practically drags me into the bar where I see all her family sitting at a big table finishing their breakfast. My eyes move around the table until they finally find Isaac, he has his back towards me completely unaware of my impending arrival.

"Hey everyone, look who I found out in the lobby."

I feel everyone's eyes drift towards me and I feel a rush of blood flooding my cheeks. Mia's parents, her boyfriend Rob, Will and then finally Isaac stares back at me.

"Tessa darling, sit down and have a coffee or tea. Would you like some breakfast?" Joe asks with a smile on his face.

"Oh, no thank you. I have already eaten but I wouldn't say no to another coffee."

Joe smiles at me as Mia sits back down beside Rob. I look around the table and the only spare seat is one right next to Isaac.... Well this is just super.

I nervously walk towards the empty chair and I feel a hand grab me as I walk by, I stop and turn to see Gina, Isaac's mother holding my hand and looking up at me smiling.

"Diane my darling, you made it. So good to see you."

I smile down at Gina as she slowly let's go of my hand.

"It's lovely to see you too Gina."

She turns around contently and continues to eat her food. I walk over to the empty chair beside Isaac and sit down. Will is directly in front of me and he smiles at me as I sit down.
