Chapter 59

I'm still trying to digest Will's question and I haven't the faintest idea how or even if I should answer it.

"Will......"

"Sorry.... I'm a fu*king asshole. I shouldn't have asked you that I know."

"You could never be an asshole Will. It's just.... I don't think any good could come from me answering that question. I mean I'm married to your brother....."

"I know....."

"Look Will, if I hadn't of met Isaac then yes.... I could have definitely pictured myself being with someone like you. You have always been here for me. You always know exactly what to do or say to cheer me up if I'm having a bad day and if it makes you feel any better, I definitely fantasised about you after that day out in the water. But if I hadn't of met Isaac, I wouldn't have Cora or Jack and I wouldn't have met the love of my life."

"Hey I was satisfied once you said you had fantasised about me."

Will jokes but he can't hide the pained look on his face. I know him too well.

"Will, you know you deserve way better then Kelly?"

"Yeah.... Look part of me getting with her was out of loneliness. I saw what you and Isaac had and Mia and Rob and I guess I wanted to see if I could find something similar but Kelly definitely isn't the one for me. I mean she never wants kids..... That's a dealbreaker for me.... And I'm actually surprised to hear myself say that."

"Well you will have that. You just need to find the right person. You will make an amazing father. I see how you are with your niece's and nephew. They all love their cool uncle Will."

"Thanks Tessa."

"Don't thank me. I'm just being honest."

"Come on. We better head back up there. I'm sure Isaac will be back soon."

"Yeah.....he should be."

We walk back up to the hotel and back into the bar. Thankfully Kelly got the message and left. I definitely don't feel like any more drama today.

"Can I get you another drink?"

"Yeah, make it a water this time..... I think I have had enough sex on the beach for one day."

Will shakes his head and chuckles as he grabs a glass of water, placing it down on the counter in front of me.

After a few sips, Isaac's voice rings in my ear.

"Hi Tessa....."

I turn to see Isaac slide onto a stool beside me.

"Hey, how did it go?"

"It was okay I guess. I mean I had to explain alot....between Diane and I and how I became aware of Leo."

"Yes well I'm sure they need to have all the correct information. What about the DNA test?"

"Well that's in the process of being done. They took my sample so they will get Leo's and they will have the results back in a few days. There is obviously nothing that can be done until they get proof that he is my son and even after that, they said it can be quite a lengthy process."

"Well at least it's a start. I mean there's nothing more you can do now. We just have to wait for the results."

"Yes I know.... That's going to be the worst part for me."

"Awh I know, but Isaac we'll get through this. I'm pretty sure at this stage we could make it through anything. We only come out stronger."

"Well you know that's all on you. You're amazing."
