Rieka dropped by her apartment on the way back to the new packhouse to grab some clothes and the food from her freezer that Mrs. O'Malley had sent home with her before. She figured they could make more use of it at the new place.

Upon arriving at the pack house, Stephen greeted Rieka as she got out of the car, "Good Evening Alpha. How was your day?"

"Hey, It was long honestly, but thank you for asking." Rieka smiled gratefully, "I have a bunch of frozen food in my trunk and in the back seat. Can you get someone to help you take them to the kitchen? I figured we could use them for easy, fast meals for whoever needs them."

Stephen nodded, "Of course Alpha! I've already linked a few of the kitchen workers. They are on their way."

"Thanks so much!" Rieka said as she grabbed her bag of clothes and headed in and up to her room.

She piled the clothes on the bed, brushed her hair and re-tied her ponytail before heading next door to their office to find Pierce.

Upon entering the office, Rieka saw Pierce over a large table with two men. One was a muscular Mexican man with dark hair, dark scruff over his refined jawline and looked like a mix between a Mexican wrestler and a model.

The other was a tall graceful man with long blonde hair which was neatly tied back in a low ponytail. His features were strikingly beautiful, ethereal almost. His eyes were the deepest shade of moss green and he carried himself like a dancer; fluid movements that were both smooth and striking. He reminded Rieka of Geralt from the Witcher mixed with Thranduil, the Elven King from Lord of the Rings.

Pierce looked up and smiled, "Ah, here she is. Alpha Rieka please meet Sebastian, my overly muscled head of security and this is Elas. He is the security expert I told you was arriving today."

Rieka shook his hand, "A pleasure to meet you both.  Elas, Thank you for accommodating us so quickly."

Elas nodded cordially, "Of course. Our firm has worked with the Pantera court for a long time. We were honored when Prince Pierce called us."

"Oh! So you work with many supernaturals then?" Rieka asked.

"Oh yes. The supernatural community are our primary clientele. They understand the need for discretion and tend to need more...specialized security measures which our firm provides."

"Elas here is actually fae. A duke if I remember correctly." Pierce piped in.

Elas rolled his eyes, "Yes. You are correct, though it's not something I like to advertise. It can make some of the lesser supernaturals uncomfortable if they knew I was more than a normal fae."

"I've never met a fae. It's lovely to meet you. I look forward to our partnership. What do you have for us?" Rieka smiled and walked over to the table to see what they were looking at.

"What you see here is a map of the greater Santa Cruz area. Our land and house have been marked with red lines so you can see where it is in relation to the city." Sebastian pointed, "And this is a detailed map of the house, the land and borders along with the topographical overlay so we can show what tactical advantages or weaknesses the natural landscape provides us."

"Seb has brought me up to speed on your predicament with the sirens and succubi. Terrible business. I will take their methods into account when I craft your overall protection plan for the base." Elas looked at Pierce, "Are there any other specific creatures you need protection against? Or just the usual 'no one gets in that I don't want here' method?"

"That works for me but you'll have to ask the Alpha. She's the boss around here." Pierce winked at Rieka.

Elas looked less than amused, but looked to Rieka for an answer.
