Walking in that path of littered grass with red solo cups and empty beer bottles , with Martha on my side and the two boys right behind us , I take a deep breath and try to take in my surroundings.

People on the yard making out , smoking and doing drugs - a usual picture of what a frat party is - and mostly people with birthday hats .

When we arrive at the door there's a huge sigh that says " birthday queen " on it .

I hear Kyle say something to Jacob but I can't hear because of the loud music .

" Are you gonna drink tonight? " Martha says in my ear

" I don't know yet " I reply

I dart my eyes on the rest of the house seeing a beer table on my left with people already cheering up and drinking and on my right a living room full of people again . The couch is covered with couples and the carpet is filled with red balloons .

" Hey handsome " I hear a girly voice from my right that making me turn my head at the direction

A blonde girl with a small tiara on her head and big gold gorgeous hoop earrings , hugs Jacob who is standing next to me .

I didn't even know he was still beside me .

" Happy birthday " he says to her with a smile - a fake one

" I'm so glad you made it " she says while he brakes their hug " I really wanna catch up with you " she says squishing his bicep with he freshly manicured pink nails

" Totally " he says scrunching his eyebrows and shaking his head while she moves backwards looking him up and down like he is a total snack

I mean I get the hype . He is indeed beautiful.

On the outside .

" She is really into you " i state

" Well , I'm not " he says looking down on me

Arrogant enough?

" Hey bro " a tall guy comes near us probably talking to Kyle who's behind me

He is handsome. Chocolate skin , buzz cut ,a diamond earring on his left ear and his eyes are dark brown , almost black.

" Hey what's up Luke " Kyle meets him by doing a " bro " handshake

Oh Luke - the pot guy.

" Nothing ,chilling " the guy shrugs at him

" What no hug for me ? " Jacob says playfully to him

The guy eyes him a look and then does the same thing to Jacob, smiling.

" How could I forget my best customer " Luke says to Jacob

I think they're talking about weed .

Luke's eyes fall on me as takes his time fancying me .

I arch an eyebrow at the scene and take a step back .

" And who are you little lady ? " his deep and playful voice asks me

" Olivia " I answer firmly

" Olivia huh?" He says

If he deaf ?

" She is my friend " Martha says while hooking her arm on my shoulders and having a proud smile on he face

" Interesting "he says looking at me , smirking

I look back at Jacob who is looking on the other direction seeming more interested in what seems like Ariel's ass that's bending on that kitchen counter than mine and Luke's interaction.
