Laying in her bed tossing and turning, Willow couldn't help but go over everything Bucky had said to her earlier in the week. The minute he started talking about their first kiss, She wanted to jump over and straddle him. Claim what was hers.

The whole thing was so confusing. She was clearly attracted to him and judging by the tent in his pants that he was trying to hide, he was very much into her but knowing they were married and it wouldn't be a random hookup, made Willow pull back. It made her hesitant to take what she really wanted....... him

Sighing in frustration, she headed down to the lab knowing there was a good chance that Tony would still be up tinkering with whatever new idea had popped into his head

She smiled when she spotted Tony 'Hey old man, what are you up to?'

Tony rolled his eyes turning to smile at her 'Less of the old thank you. What's up little one?'

'Nothing really. I just can't sleep'

Tony patted the space next to him on the sofa 'Come sit with me for a while'

Willow did as Tony asked pulling her legs up and beneath her before looking in his direction 'Do you think I'll ever regain my memories'

Tony felt so much sympathy for her in that moment 'Honestly I don't know kid. I hope that you do but if that doesn't happen, what do you plan to do?'

'No idea. I suppose I'll have to pick myself up and start making some new memories'

Tony tilted his head slightly as he really studied her 'What about you and Bucky. I saw you two looking close the other day?'

Willow shot him a warning look 'Tony.....'

'What. You were getting close weren't you?'

Smiling at the memory, Willow looked at him 'We did hang out. I would be lying if I said there wasn't something there that pulls me towards him...'

'But?? I know you Willow. Better than you know yourself so I know there is a 'but' coming'

Sighing leaning her head on the back of the chair, she looked at Tony with tears in her eyes 'But I can feel you all watching me. I can see how much everyone wants us to be ok. To be the Bucky and Willow that you all remember. It's just too much pressure'

'I'm sorry. I didn't think about it like that'

'No Tony you don't need to apologise. I completely get that you all want that for him.. well for us but I'm scared. What if that never comes back? What if this causes a rift that we can't come back from? Will I be cast aside or even worse Bucky'

At this point she could no longer hide the tears that were falling. It actually felt good to speak to someone about the worry she had been feeling

Tony wrapped his arm around her and pulled her into his left side 'You will always be a part of this family. Both of you. And if you need us to back off for a little while, we can do that'

Willow took the comfort that he was offering. It felt like all of the worry and confusion over the last few months was finally seeping out of her 'Thank you Tony'

'Anytime kid'

'You know I'm nearly 30 right??? I'm not a kid anymore you know'

'I'll make you a deal.... when you stop with the old man comments, I'll stop with the kid comments'

Willow smirked at him 'As tempting as that is, I think I can put up with the kid comments a little longer'

Tony ruffled her hair 'You've always been a thorn in my side... you know that'

Before Willow could answer, her phone went off. Looking down at the caller she knew she had to answer 'hey I've got to get this but thank you. I really appreciate it' leaning forward she gave him a kiss on the cheek before darting out into the corridor

Taking a deep breath, she answered 'Hey... you finally called'

'Yeah. Sorry it's taken me so long. I just had to get my head around seeing you the other day. It was a lot to process you know'

Willow sighed before responding 'I get that Jeremy. I did dump it all on your lap before running out of there. Is there anything you want to ask me?'

'I have so many questions but they're not ones that I think we should answer over the phone. It's ok if you don't want to but I really think we should meet up'

'I thought that's what we had already agreed upon the day I left your office so yes.... I would like to meet up. I have a lot of questions that I need answering from you too.'

'Right... well how does tomorrow sound then. I'll send you my address or I can send my driver to pick you up'

Knowing the kind of questions that the others would instigate if they saw her getting into a car with someone she didn't know, Willow opted for the former 'No don't send a driver. Just text me an address and time Jez and I'll be there'

The line went quiet causing Willow to think that he was no longer there 'Hello'

'Yeah.... sorry I'm still here. It's just... you called me Jez'

'Oh that's what I thought I always called you. If I've got it wrong....'

'No. You're right you've always called me that. It's just been a long time since I've heard it' he cleared his throat, pushing down the feelings he had just from hearing you use that nickname 'ok well I'll text you the address. See you tomorrow'

'Yeah see you tomorrow. Oh and Jeremy. Please don't tell anyone about this'

'You have my word'
