Everyone gathered into the meeting room, with an extraordinarily long table which fit all the Takeshitas and their guests going from head to toe of the room. Everyone above fifteen was allowed to attending the meeting, meaning Megumi, Miyamura, and all Megumi's brothers were allowed to attend. Miyamura was known as Megumi's partner, so he was also permitted to attend. All of the children under fifteen were left in a banquet hall on the floor below, being supervised by the Igarashis. As everyone took their seat, Megumi sat next to Miyamura, and as she scanned the room, she saw someone that she didn't plan to see.

"Everyone," Hariyuki, Megumi's grandfather and leader of the Takeshitas gestured them all to stand up, and they did so. "I'd like to thank you all for attending, and I will introduce our special business guests," Hariyuki called, and four familiar people made their way to the front with him. "The Itsukis. Soshite, Suzume, Sachi, and Sora." He announced, and both Megumi's and Miyamura's eyes widened. Just then, a special memory unlocked from Megumi's brain. "How could I not realise before? Sora is a son of the Itsukis, our most trusted business partner. He was... he was... my... friend." She thought in her head as she finally realised how much Sora was to her.

"Thank you, we are all beyond delighted to be here." Suzume, Sora's mother thanked all of them as everyone gave a polite applause. Toshiro seemed to set his gaze on Sachi, who had become prettier over time. It is obvious she had been trying to be more attractive, with her makeup-done face and her curled hair. "Try-hard." Toshiro thought as he scoffed to himself and ignored Sachi. Sachi noticed him as well though, and just by seeing Toshiro again she started burning up. "T-Toshiro's here... act proper, Sachi! You have to prove to him you're not just a painfully average girl!" She thought to herself as she immediately straightened up and plastered on a charming smile.

Hariyuki quietly told the Itsukis to get back in their seats, and they obediently did so. Everyone sat down, and Hariyuki straightened up some files. "I think you all know what matter we're here to discuss today." Hariyuki said as everyone nodded, agreeing with him. Megumi noticed her mother and father had a disappointed or guilty face, and they both looked down, and Ai was seemingly trying to comfort Makoto. Megumi suddenly felt unsettled. She felt as if something was about to go horribly wrong. Something she had not at all expected to happen was going to happen. Megumi hated many things, but the thing she hated the most is not being in control. Megumi held Miyamura's hand from under the table, visibly rattled. Miyamura noticed this and grasped her hand tighter, which he knew she always loved.

"We are here to discuss the future of our only Takeshita born woman, Megumi." Hariyuki averted his gaze to Megumi as she stiffened up, and her eyebrows furrowed ever so slightly. Miyamura kept holding her hand. "Why should you discuss my future? I already am in very good hands." She told her grandfather as his eyes widened, and she was obviously referring to Miyamura. "Well, it is not up to you to decide, Megumi. You are the only full-blooded Takeshita woman, so you need to play out your role." Hariyuki shot back, lifting his eyebrows. "And what is my role exactly, grandfather?" Megumi put on a stern face, not afraid to fight back to the leader of the Takeshitas. Hariyuki chuckled and slid over the files he was straightening over earlier to land right in front of Megumi. "To go to Harvard and marry Itsuki Sora, of course. If you do that, our status will only grow."

Megumi and Miyamura looked at the files wide eyed. They were Ivy League university acceptance letters, and a marriage papers and registrations to Itsuki Sora, waiting to be signed. Megumi looked at them for a while, then pushed up her glasses. "There is no chance that I will agree to any of these! Me nor Miyamura will accept this." Megumi said, firm and stern as she pushed the files away. "Oh, Miyamura is your partner? That's too bad, it seems," Hariyuki put on a sly smile and chuckled. "You don't need to agree to anything, Megumi. We will agree for you." Hariyuki told her with a grimace as Megumi's eyes widened. Her eyes looked dead. There was nothing she could do. Miyamura stood up unexpectedly, and held Megumi's hand.
