"Okay, today's the day Megumi. It's going to be fine." Megumi spoke to herself into the bathroom, looking at her reflection, full of determination. The dinner was going to be held at the Takeshita mansion, since everyone Megumi invited could easily fit into their built-in event room. Megumi's forearm length wavy, dark blue locks ran free while being slightly restrained by her black headband gracefully resting on her head. Her outfit for the night matched her personality perfectly; classy, but soft.

Megumi and Miyamura had already devised a plan to tell their families and friends about their engagement. The dinner would commence whole heartedly, and when everyone was buttered up and in food comas, then they would break the news. The perfect plan. Megumi smiled to herself, and slightly pulled on her sleeve so no one would see the ring to early and ruin the surprise.

Megumi was anxiously waiting my the door, waiting for the guests to arrive. In less than a second later, the doorbell rang. And there she saw the Itsukis. It wasn't a shock to her, since the Itsukis were never tardy or late. Ai and Makoto were there to greet the guests with Megumi, and flashed the family charming smiles. "It's so nice to see your again, Ai and Makoto! It's been so long." Suzume said politely as she shook Makoto and Ai's hands. "Megumi has blossomed into such a mature and beautiful young lady. I heard she had just graduated from Harvard." Suzume doted on Megumi as if she were her own daughter, and pat her head. "You heard correct. Megumi-chan just graduated last week." Ai smiled at the guests, leading them into the common room before the dinner. All of the Itsuki's followed shortly after Ai, but Sora stayed with Megumi. "So, who did it?" Sora looked at Megumi with a small smile, and Megumi was taken aback. "Who did what?" Megumi raised an eyebrow, trying her best not to look suspicious.
"Who planned this dinner, silly. It's such good hospitality." Sora laughed, and Megumi felt a wave of relief overcome her. "Oh, I did actually. I'm glad you think that." Megumi smiled back at Sora, who began blushing. "Of course! Everything you do is amazing." Sora compliment her, and Megumi felt bad for him at that moment. She wasn't sure that Sora was in love with her or not, but if he was, then Megumi would be the one to break Sora's heart. But Megumi also knew that Miyamura was the one for her, the one she was destined to be with, and you can't fight fate.
Then, the Hajishis arrived. "Shinon-sama!" Akenon got excited when the door opened and rushed to greet Megumi. "Hello, Akenon." Megumi gave Akenon a sweet closed eye smile, while Akenon's parents went to chat with the Itsukis and Megumi's parents. "Thank for inviting me for dinner! I usually try to keep calm and collect myself during public events, because my dad told me it would be better, but this is a private event, so I can be as loud as I want!" Akenon exclaimed, making an explosion with her arms. "Ah, that's why you're so excited today." Megumi tilted her head and smiled as Sora gave Akenon a fed up face.
"I can see that face you're giving me. You're so salty when your not around Shinon-sama, Itsuki." Akenon huffed and Itsuki's ears were flaming from anger. "I'm not salty! You're just annoying! That loli attitude isn't getting you anywhere!" Sora raged, his hair raising. "LOLI?! How DARE you! That's the word Shinon-sama used to use when describe Nasegawa-san! Ew... Nasegawa-san." Akenon yelled, getting shivers every time she mentioned Chitose. "Who cares? No one likes you anyway!" Itsuki shot back, rolling his eyes. "Hey! That's not tru-." Akenon was about to argue back, but then all of the sudden, a dark aura surrounded Megumi. Her face was too shadowed to even show her expression. In less than a second, Sora and Akenon went silent, bowing their heads down as Megumi held hers high, as if she were their ruler. And luckily, to break the tension, the doorbell rung again.
