"What a pain..." Touma mumbled to himself as he sat with his father in the large meeting room. "Don't complain, Touma. You brought this upon yourself. And all of us." Makoto sighed as he straightened his tie, and then a familiar dark green haired woman walked in. Haruka Kamizaki. Touma immediately stood up, and put on his usual angry face. "You." Touma grit his teeth. "Me." Kamizaki mocked, and then she bowed her head towards Makoto. "Pleasure to meet you, Mr Makoto Takeshita." Kamizaki said formally as she took her seat. "Pleasure, Ms Kamizaki." Makoto nodded formally. "I have summoned you here to discuss the matter of my son, Touma Takeshita." Makoto said, gesturing towards Touma, who was looking frustrated as he sunk down in his seat. "Yes, I am well aware of your son." Kamizaki cleared her throat. "Yes, too aware, I'm afraid." Makoto said sternly, and then he turned on the TV, showing a passive-aggressive news article about Touma Takeshita, calling him a 'disgrace to the Takeshita bloodline'. "If I didn't know any better, I would think that this article was written by a member of my family itself." Makoto sighed, looking at the article. "Do you care to explain, Ms Kamizaki?" Makoto said, furrowing his eyebrows at Kamizaki. "Well, yes," Kamizaki cleared her throat once more.

"Your son, Touma Takeshita, agreed to be interviewed by me for publicity," Kamizaki explained. "And then he got offended. Mr Touma Takeshita began angrily lecturing me about the truth. So I wrote what he told me to," Kamizaki sighed, leaning back into her chair slightly. "I wrote the the truth. Do you have an issue with that, Mr Makoto Takeshita?" Kamizaki tilted her head, and Makoto's eyes furrowed. "Now I can see why Touma doesn't like this girl," Makoto thought to himself. "Kamizaki-san, do you have any idea of what economical impact you made on the whole nation of Japan by releasing this puny online article?" Makoto sighed strictly.

"Economical impact?" Kamizaki actually looked puzzled this time. "I wrote one article, Mr Makoto Takeshita. I don't mean to belittle you, but is mentioning the economical state of Japan really necessary?" Kamizaki raised an eyebrow. Makoto didn't admit it, but Haruka Kamizaki's way of speaking reminded him of Megumi. "Yes. One of our most trusted business partners, the Itsukis, are considering backing out of the investment and partnership. After the incident with my daughter's marriage, Mr and Mrs Itsuki were already thinking about it. Heck, we don't need their money, but the Itsukis have connections. Connections that we can't risk breaking. " Makoto spoke clearly, and Kamizaki looked like the was deep in thought. "Not that you'd know that." Touma broke his silence and scoffed, and Makoto shot him a look. "Okay, but how does that affect me exactly?" Kamizaki said after a lot of thinking. "I don't exactly work for the economy." Kamizaki crossed her arms, looking a little persuaded, but she wanted to see where the polite argument would go. "You may not work for the economy, but you have your job as a journalist because of the economy. You are everything that you are because of the economy." Makoto said, sounding rather frustrated. "Not that you are anything." Touma muttered under his breath, but both Kamizaki and Makoto ignored him. "Our company could take down your little journaling firm with the flick on a switch. Think about that before you make your next move, Kamizaki-san." Makoto tightened his tie, looking like the powerful businessman he was. Arguments were like chess, very complicated chess; and lucky for Makoto, chess was his forte.

Kamizaki stayed silent for a second, not even moving, her eyes glued to one stop on the long, glass table. Then, she took a deep breath in. "So what is it you want me to do, Mr Takeshita?" Kamizaki gave in, a slight look of embarrassment on her face. Touma could help but snicker quietly. "Delete the article from your organisation's website. I will take care of everything else." Makoto spoke professionally as he stood from his chair, and Touma did the same shortly after. Kamizaki gave Touma a look that seemingly said, 'You little suck up'. Touma simply scowled and left the room with his father. Kamizaki sighed after they left, and slouched back in her chair, and looked out the window of the tall building which overlooked Tokyo.

Meanwhile, Kiyoshi and his girlfriend Haname Nasegawa were sitting together on the couch of their shared apartment. "Ah, Kiyoshi-kun, how is the situation with your big brother going? Is everything alright?" Haname asked as she leaned on Kiyoshi's shoulder. "Yeah. My father texted my just now that everything's clear." Kiyoshi smiled, slipping his phone back into his pocket. Haname's eyes then lit up, and then she took her own phone out of her pocket, scrolling through her photos. "Oh, I forgot to tell you. My cousin had a baby last week. His name is Nagano Hayate. So cute, right?" Haname chuckled as she showed Kiyoshi a picture of a little baby boy who had ginger hair and striking dark green eyes. The baby boy almost looked like a male (and of course) younger resemblance of Haname herself.

"Very cute." Kiyoshi nodded in agreement. "My little sister is having her baby in about a year. If it's a girl, we'll set them up together, Haname-chan." Kiyoshi half joked, and Haname laughed. "I'll be sure to pitch that idea to my cousin." Haname snuggled closer to Kiyoshi, and pulled a blanket over them both. "Wouldn't that be so cute, though? Your potential niece and my first cousin once removed together. Puppy love is so adorable." Haname sighed. "You're right about that. Megumi-chan met her current husband in high school, and my big brother Yamato has known his current wife ever since they were babies. They were practically raised together." Kiyoshi said, his voice sounding calm and soothing. "That's sweet," Haname smiled to herself. "But adult love is much more mature, don't you think?" Haname reasoned, looking sentimental. "Like I said, puppy love is by no doubt adorable. But.. its naivety can ruin everything. You are just blindly following signals and lights from your partner without seeing a direct path. And sometimes.. they'll drop the torch. It's mysterious and condescending and unknown. With adult love... you already know what you're doing. Your path is already lit. You just have to learn to follow it with someone else." Haname said quietly, referring to herself and Kei as puppy love, and herself and Kiyoshi with adult love. She spoke deeply, and it made Kiyoshi admire her even more.

"I completely agree with you, Haname-chan."

A/n: sorry for the really short chapter. I have realised a pattern in which I have been publishing once every month. I think I will try my best to extend it to three or two times a month. So maybe expect a new chapter sometime around this month. The truth is, I have passed the point of planning i have made in the beginning of the writing process. I planned everything up to this moment. So I'm basically improvising and editing now.
