When the two woke up, Megumi's eyes fluttered, and the sunlight was hitting her goddess-like face. She suddenly woke to her senses and checked the time on the clock next to her. Megumi immediately jolt up, realising the time. "Oh my! It's already nine... The meeting starts ten thirty!" Megumi anxiously ran to her bathroom, trying to make the best of her limited time.

She took a rushed but thorough shower, blow drying her hair and tying it into a Yor Forger hairstyle, holding it together with an elegant pearl headband. Megumi put on some slightly transparent white stockings, a white plaid pencil skirt with lines of gold rushing though it, and a matching blazer and cropped button up shirt.

Sighing, Megumi pat down her hair gently and put her hands on her cheeks. "Today is the day." She said to herself before rushing over to wake up Miyamura.

Megumi gently shook him a few times before he finally woke up, faint lines beneath his eyes. "We're late," she sighed, grabbing the expensive tux that they bought the day before and tossing it to Miyamura as he rubbed his eyes.

When his vision went straight, he found himself looking at Megumi. She looked more sophisticated than ever, and Miyamura found her to be wildly attractive. More than usual, per se. As Megumi put on her gloves, she realised Miyamura was staring at her, and she blushed. "Stop ogling and get ready, Izumi." She scolded, sighing as Izumi nodded enthusiastically, heading to the bathroom to get ready.

When Miyamura got out, his hair was neat and seemed to be slightly gelled, and the tux fit perfectly on him. He was fastening his tie, and when Megumi saw him she blushed. "Is this okay?" He asked, rubbing the back of his neck as Megumi looked at him, wide eyed and blushing. Miyamura tilted his head. "Y-you look... really nice." She complimented him, trying to distract herself from the attractive boy in front of her by putting on her heels (they weren't too high). "You look nice too, Megumi." Miyamura smiled at her, which caught her off guard as she put her hands on her face, feeling how hot her cheeks were.

One of Megumi's maids, Inori Igarashi, had offered to drive them to the building. Miyamura and Megumi got into the fancy car, thanking Inori continuously, because the ride to the office was a rather long one. One hour, to be exact.

"Thank you once again, Inori-chan." Megumi smiled at her maid, who was more like a friend than a servant, as Inori smiled back. "O-of course, Megumi-sama! Also... erm... will Y-Y-..." Inori's face went pink was to embarrassed to say it, she was a shy girl after all.

Megumi smiled, being aware of Inori's feelings for her older brother. "Yes, everyone in the Takeshita family will be there. Including Yamato." Megumi answered Inori, and Inori's eyes widened. "I... I didn't- well..." Inori sighed, finding no reason to hide her feelings from Megumi. "Y-yeah, that is what I.. I was going to a-ask." She mumbled quietly, but loud enough for Megumi to hear. Megumi gave her a smile. "I see then," she knew that Inori had feelings for Yamato all along, but tried to hide it for her sake. "I know my big brother will give in soon." Megumi gave words of comfort to Inori, which made her feel better.

"Oh my!" Megumi looked like she had suddenly realised something, and she started rummaging around the car. Miyamura tilted his head when Megumi finally pulled out a thick hard-covered book, which made him think to himself how that was relevant. "This is the Takeshita history book," Megumi gave him a smile while flicking through the pages. "I'm lucky that I remembered to show you this." She sighed in relief as Miyamura shuffled closer to her. "What do I need to learn about here anyways?" He ask curiously as Megumi let out a "Aha!" And stopped on a certain page, pointing to it with her index finger. On that part was a huge imprinting  of a tree that took up two pages, with names scattered all around it. "The Takeshita family tree," Megumi looked at Miyamura, who was amazed on how many people there were in her family. "You must learn the possible heirs and future leaders of the Takeshita industry before we proceed." She looked like she was giving a lecture, but Miyamura didn't mind. If anything, he liked having Megumi order him around.

"First, we have my grandfather, Hariyuki Takeshita. He is the leader of the Takeshita company, although the original founder was my great-grandfather, Kazuya Takeshita." Megumi started off, pointing at the names on the pages as she went. "Osamu Takeshita, the firstborn of Koyasu, my deceased grandmother, and Hariyuki. He has one son, Yuto, with his wife, Yukomi... He is also first in line to inherit the company after grandfather dies, so there is no way my father or let alone my brothers would be able to be the last one standing." She explained thoroughly while Miyamura listened intently. "Next we have Kaito Takeshita. He is divorced, though his former wife is called Amaya Unjobi. They have two kids, Rin and Enjo, both boys." Megumi seemed to furrow her eyebrows at the thought of her uncle. "He and his children will do anything to rule the Takeshita company." She paused for a moment while Miyamura did the same. Megumi then took a deep breath and continued.

"Yuu Takeshita. The most irresponsible and impulsive of the family. He has one son, Goro Takeshita, who's mother is unknown. That fact speaks for itself." Megumi sighed as a sweat dropped from Miyamura's forehead. Would he have to remember all this? No way he could, there were just too many of them. Miyamura started to worry as his face turned white. Megumi tilted her head, concerned, as Miyamura slapped his hands on his cheeks to wake himself up.

"Continue, please!" He said, determined to win over the Takeshita family as Megumi smiled at his effort. "Jinchi Takeshita, married to Reika Takeshita, and has three sons; Nino, Asahi, and Ryuga. On the outside my uncle Jinchi is kind and humble, but on the inside he is cold and conceited. Don't be fooled by him." Megumi warned Miyamura, and he started to get scared of her family. "Ryosei Takeshita, his wife is named Kiko, and he has two sons, Daichi and Hideyoshi. I haven't seen him that much, since he's always travelling." Megumi's fingers led down the tree printed on paper, and she finally pointed to her father's name.

"Makoto Takeshita. My father, and youngest of all his brothers. All of my uncles know that my father will never be leader of the Takeshita company, and they all look down on him because they all 'know' he will never be their leader. It hate them for it." Megumi looked down, wanting the best for her father as Miyamura looked at her softly. "But as the only Takeshita-born woman, I promise to lead one day," her fists clenched, which made Miyamura see a different side of her. She didn't look playful or energised... but looked vengeful and angry. "This whole sham is just a game for who wins in the end," Megumi looked down at the car floor, determined. "Everyone will just keep knocking each other over like dominos until they lose balance themselves," she continued, fascinating Miyamura as he widened his eyes. "Until there is one person left standing..." Megumi clenched her skirt, and her gaze pierced into Miyamura's soul. "And that person is going to be me."
