A Total Walkout?

Sir apparently there has been a total walkout of all the restaurants old employees, so we can't have lunch there. HR said once the Chef quit after seeing her new employment contract from the new management she resigned without giving two weeks notice. I think there is an issue with the employment contracts. Because I heard that they were getting less than minimum wages. That is the the word on the street.

Who was the chef and get me the original contract and the one they staff was offered. Surely a fifteen percent raise and paid vacation and sick days along with bonuses. Plus we provide better uniforms. Let's go there now. I want to go in the back way and watch what is going on. Who is in charge of HR over there at this point?

Let's get lunch before we head over there, because I doubt anyone knows how to cook over there now. Andrea get the employment record Ed's and the new contracts I had created for the staff for the Mile High Club. Find out who the manager is over there now and get the contract they were offering the current employees. Everyone just doesn't walk out all the sudden just because a good chef leaves over a contract dispute it doesn't make any sense.

Mr Grey had an order to be delivered to the Mile High Club and he had his staff attorney come over as well. I think that shifty manager has something to do with this along with Miss Steiner. I ran a check on the employees and the young chef is a college student and would not walk out on the spur of the moment, it has t be something pretty bad. We grab the things we need and head over and arrive just as the manager is trying to refuse the deli delivery. I tell them t go ahead and set it up. The restaurant is a shambles thanks to the idiots that made decisions on their own. We got the edited version of the contract mr Grey approved and it was not good. The manager and Miss Steiner might not have jobs when we leave here. Because the budgets for the restaurant were approved and the current employees who had good performance rating were given the new contracts with the new benefits and raises to ensure they stayed.

Who authorized you to make these changes and just where was the extra money going to go to, because from what I see the money was transferred but it wasn't used for the purpose intended. Show me the accounts now Mr Smith. Miss Steiner I suggest you look at the contracts and the money and where mr Smith put all that extra money at rather than flutter your eyelashes at me again. I head over to the Mile High Club and go through the computers and find that the money was put into mss Steele's account, but there s a huge issue, it was after she logged out and left the building so there was no way she could do it herself. I checked her IP address she used her recent email on and the IP lost connection at the same time that the transaction was entered from the restaurants IP address. Her IP was back up for at least an hour later. So it could only be HR or Management that was here last night and only to set up mss Steele as the patsy and they could go back and get it later on. Without her being the wiser.

I want to have The Mile High Club audited from the day Mr Smith was hired until today. That might explain the loss of monetary assets they claimed. Now let's talk about the revised contracts you chose to switch with the ones we gave you both to offer. the employees. I read the most important parts and I suggest you both call the employees in and beg them to come back in to revue the real contracts. Start calling and get them back now. Oh and mr Smith this is no hooters, it is my restaurant and you are going to pay for those uniforms you ordered for the female staff out of your own money. You had no authority to change the uniforms to begin with. The elevators open and Miss Steele has came to talk to the manager about being overpaid along with the real uniforms. Barney help her with the overpayment please.

I am the owner of the restaurant and I came here to resolve the issues these two caused. Here is the real contract look it over and let me know if you have an issue with any of it. Please. The look she s giving me I thought I better say please to her. She sits down and hands her laptop to Barney after looking at her salary and she reads it in no time at all.

I suggest that you start with Mia Sullivan and tell her to call as many staff back in as you can, because we are always getting job offers and we are in demand. Mr Smith here knows that. I know that he has been trying to get the females here into skimpy outfits and he was stopped at every turn. I guess he figured you weren't the hands on kind of billionaire playboy.

Good name for it, it isn't fit to line a birds cage. Okay let me call a few others in and one that you definitely need to hire instead of mr Smith. Elliott Sullivan is a good manager and works hard he is trying to start his own construction company and he is getting a degree in architecture as well. He is Mia's brother and having a hard time getting a foot hold in the business world.

I get the employee lists and soon we are calling for extra staff to come in and handle everything along with giving bonuses to Mia, Anastasia and Elliott was hired after he cleared the background checks. Mr Smith was arrested for embezzling and a few other things Miss Steiner was fired and a new HR person was brought over to handle the restaurant employees. Barney's fiancé was promoted and given a raise. Anastasia started cooking in the kitchen after her job was secure and her salary was back to normal with the raises and a bonus as well. Mia was signed on and we had all the staff back up to full staff and we ate a hearty meal and a lovely desert. We went over the menus as well and the uniforms were passed out three per person. Shoes as well.
