BOOK 2 "𝐻𝑢𝑚 𝑆𝑎𝑎𝑡ℎ 𝑆𝑎𝑎𝑡ℎ 𝐻𝑎𝑖․!" 𝐴 𝑚𝑜𝑑𝑒𝑟𝑛 𝑡𝑖𝑚𝑒 𝑠𝑡𝑜𝑟𝑦

A DECISION

Manda, Vaibhav and Sulochana are in Vaibhav's room, sitting quietly since a long time. Though they have gathered together to have a discussion about what will be Raghvan's next step, to be more specific with- what action he is going to take against them. As Raghvan has already got to know about who is the one who has helped Pawan to reach Siya. The previous day, Raghvan was busy handling Pawan and hence he has warned Vaibhav to deal with him later. But now, the three of them are getting ready to hear a call from Raghvan at any moment.

Sulochana uplifts her face to look at Vaibhav and Manda who were sitting on the two chairs, bowing their heads and busy in their deep thoughts. She was sitting on the edge of the bed while facing both of them, and now the pin drop silence is giving her fearful pinches, she can't handle that silence for long now.

SULOCHANA- Amma.. Chithappa..

Finally the room heard someone's voice, Sulochana gains Vaibhav and Manda's attention towards her.

SULOCHANA- what you both are thinking.?

She wanted to know about what exact thoughts are going inside their mind. Their expressions have already given her the answers though- their scrunched eyebrows, uneasy breaths, patting fingers, everything showcased that both of them are tensed.

SULOCHANA- genuinely speaking, I am worried.

Sulochana directly told them about her feelings at presence, which made both of them to sigh.

SULOCHANA- aag me bas ghar ka saman nahi jala hai, but Appa's ego is also hurt.

Sulochana's silently said words made Manda to widen her eyes a bit. She already is aware about this thing, but hearing it from someone else is giving her more fear.

SULOCHANA- pata nahi abb yeh baap beta kya karega.? I am really worried for Siya now Amma.

Manda shook her head sideways and holds her head with her right hand, pressing her forehead lightly.

MANDA- God.! Kahi aisa na ho, ki abb hum Siya ki koi help na kar paye.

Sulochana looks scared with her mother-in-law's tensions. If Raghvan decides to punish all three of them, then how they are going to help Siya with whatever they are doing till now. Vaibhav closed his eyes for a moment and release a deep breath, as in he has already taken a decision and is about to make his announcement.

VAIBHAV- aisa kuch nahi hoga Anni..

Manda and Sulochana turns to face Vaibhav, with their confused expressions. While Vaibhav got up from his place and turns to both of them.

VAIBHAV- I have decided to take all the blame on myself.

Hearing Vaibhav's decision, Manda and Sulochana got up abruptly from their places and looks at him in shock.

SULOCHANA- enna (what).?

Vaibhav nods at Sulochana's sudden slip of the word and continued giving his explanation.

VAIBHAV- you two don't have to say anything. When Anna will ask, I will tell him that it was all my plan and you both were unaware about this.

Said Vaibhav while oscillating his eyes between Manda and Sulochana one by one. While both the ladies went completely surprised with his selfless decision.

SULOCHANA- no Chithappa..

Sulochana shouts in a sudden reaction and moves closer to Vaibhav.

SULOCHANA- why only you will bear everything.? Appa pata nahi gusse me aakar kya karega. Why you will take all blame on yourself.?
