CHEERING HER

Ram knocks at the door of Dashrath and Kranti's room, gaining their attention.

DASHRATH- come son.

Dashrath nods at him, allowing Ram to enter. He is resting himself on the arm chair while Kranti was busy placing the clothes into the wardrobe. Ram got down on the couch, in front of Dashrath and Kranti too left her work in between to settle down beside Ram.

DASHRATH- Siya uth gayi.?

Asked Dashrath and Ram nods at him in agreement. He seems to be tensed from his expressions, Dashrath and Kranti could figure that. Ram's hands are resting on his lap, with his head bowed down having a lot of disappointment on his face. Kranti placed her hand on his shoulder, looking worried for her kids.

KRANTI- don't worry Ram. Siya is going to be fine, soon.

Ram streched his lips in a forceful smile. While Kranti turns to look at Dashrath, actioning him to start with his conversation. He showed his hand at her, turning towards Ram.

DASHRATH- Ram, I wanted to discuss about something.

Ram gulped his emotions and looks straight at his father, confused with what has happened regarding case. And Dashrath immediately shook his head, looking at Ram's expressions.

DASHRATH- kuch hua nahi hai. It's that we are receiving n number of calls from media and others.

Ram took a sigh, looking annoyed with the matter. He is already tensed for his wife and now this unnecessary interference from media is making him angry.

RAM- I don't wish to have any media gathering and all papa.

Dashrath nods at him, understanding what he must be feeling about.

DASHRATH- fine, I will ask Sumant to handle that. We don't have to give any official statement.

Ram didn't said anything in revert, he continued looking down and Kranti started caressing his back.

KRANTI- we have called you here, so that you will be able to share your feelings with us.

Ram immediately turns to look at Kranti, who is smiling at him already.

KRANTI- I know you are tensed for Siya. Tumhe jo lagta hai wo batao hume Ram, don't hide anything from your maa papa.

Ram immediately got tears in his eyes, hearing his mother's soothing words. He wrapped his hands around Kranti in a hug, and Kranti started patting his back to comfort him.

RAM- mujhse Siya ki yeh halat dekhi nahi ja rahi maa.

Said Ram with his teary voice which made Kranti and Dashrath emotional too. Dashrath rests his back on the chair and bowed his head down, while Kranti keep on pacifying Ram.

RAM- I know it's obvious that she will not be happy and normal all of a sudden. But still maa, I am not able to look at her like that.

Ram closed his eyes and started crying in her embrace while Kranti wipes her tears and patted his back of the head.

RAM- it gives pain maa. Aisa lag raha hai, Siya mere paas hokar bhi nahi hai.

Kranti's heart wrenched to hear those words from him. While Dashrath tried his best to control his emotions, silently hearing from his son.

Ram went silent for a while, crying his complete heart in his mother's embrace while Dashrath and and Kranti allowed him to take his time. Their eldest and most strongest son has fallen weak since past few months, they have witnessed that. And now, when everything has started getting back at its track, it is compulsory for Ram to take an initiative, to be back on his track first before Siya. After sometime, Ram leaves Kranti's hold, wiping his tears from his eyes. Kranti too helped him to wipe his tears, with the help of her saree's end.
