Morning Wife!

Got an early meeting. See you at lunch.

PS: There's no more next time after that. Just giving you a head's up.

Husband.

That's the fifth time Taerin was reading the small note Seungcheol left behind for her. She first read it when she woke up around 9 in the morning when she went outside and saw it posted on the room's door. The second time was when was finding a dress to wear and she read it twice again when she rode the taxi to the hospital. Yet even if she read the note over and over again, she'd still be smiling like an idiot like what she's doing now.

But she couldn't still grasp what Seungcheol meant with the last note he wrote. What does the thing about his P.S mean?

No more next time? About what?

A smile played across her lips when she woke up that morning. She dreamed about something nice – the moments she had with Seungcheol way back in the middle school, the happy ones. She had suppressed a lot of her memories so now, those memories visits her on her dreams, reminding her of the days when she used to be herself.

Before, when she dreams about those memories, she would wake up tearing and crying. But now, it changed.

Perhaps things have changed.

She even didn't feel right when she woke up without the Boa Manor's refreshing morning view. The fresh wind that greats her every morning there was gone. She misses the whole place and the people there. She wants to ask Seungcheol if he has a plan to return there but when she wakes up, he's no longer there. The couch in the living room was clean and seemed to be not used.

"This is why I hate media people. They overreact." She heard her Mom comment. She turned to the woman as she prepares the dinner she bought with her and glanced at what she was watching.

Nobody knows about her Mom's attack except the Choi Family, Seungcheol, and her that's why she's confused and frustrated about how it went out and reached the media people. She thought it must be one of the employers working in the hospital who spilled the beans.

But instead of finding the person who fed the media that information, Jeonghan hired bodyguards to protect her Mom and that was also agreed by her father and mother-in-law. The media people were a little aggressive this time since some of them even pretended to be a hospital staff just to enter the hospital that's why her Mom gets a little surprised when someone she doesn't know enters her room.

Taerin was even surprised when some bodyguards escorted her right in front of the hospital's entrance under her mother's room. She thought it was absurd and over the fence but when she saw flashes of lights, she just found herself being squeezed into a crowd of reporters. Good thing that the bodyguards were attentive enough to eye her immediately and escorted her inside the hospital.

Aside from those who were at the entrance, some also stood in front of her Mom's room. If she weren't a relative, she would also be afraid of the huge bodies of the bodyguards around.

"It was just a minor heart attack but the way they connote what happened implies I have been near death." Her Mom laughed with a hint of incredulity in her voice. Even her thought was like that. "Well, I suppose that's how their work feeds them-making other people's life a circus." Then she flipped to another channel.

"Just let them be, Mom," Taerin said and walked over to her bed carrying the tray of food she prepared. It's not her cooking. She wished she could cook for her Mom but she really doesn't have a thing for cooking so she just bought food along the way.
