Chapter 32: Camp Harmony

After a couple of weeks, you had your first lead on the sceptre. You and Steve were about to go to the mission briefing when Tony dragged the two of you into the lab. Telling the both of you that it was extremely important.

"Tony what is it? We're supposed to be planning the mission" Steve sighs as the two of you walk in.

"Okay, so both your suits were made by SHIELD which while practical aren't the most stylish" Tony explains as he walks around the lab.

"Stylish?" You question raising a brow at him.

"Don't get me wrong navy works well on both of you, but the suits didn't really reflect who you are" Tony continues as he begins to type away on a screen.

"Tony this really isn't important right now" Steve sighs shaking his head.

"Well actually it kinda is, because you can't really go on a mission without a suit" Tony states hitting one more button.

The sound of a cabinet opening grabs your attention, you and Steve turn to see his brand-new suit for Steve. It was similar to his SHIELD one in overall design. He still has the silver star in the middle of the chest but gone were the silver accents, instead replaced by red metallic strips going outwards towards his shoulders. There were now also red and white stripes going down his abdomen. His fingerless gloves were now also much longer going halfway up his forearm.

"Now this is the really cool bit" Tony says grabbing Steve's shield.

He then detaches the straps from the metal passing them over to Steve, telling him to put it on.

"Okay now do this" Tony says showing Steve a certain gesture.

Steve copies and the shield flew out of Tony's hand and attached itself back to Steve's arm.

"Magnetic recall pretty cool right, now if you drop it you don't have to run over and grab it. There is a limit though so don't leave it in DC and expect it to work back in in New York" Tony explains.

Steve nods his head impressed "nice work Tony, could definitely come in handy" Steve agrees.

"And don't worry I haven't forgotten you" Tony smiles turning to face you.

He hits another button and the cabinet next to the one holding Steve's suit opens up. Within it held your brand new and definitely upgraded suit. The best way to describe it was that it was the perfect amalgamation of your Asgardians armour and SHIELD suit.

The suit was the same deep blue as Steve's with more metallic accents which were more muted than before. Instead of being a catsuit like Nat's it was now split in two. The top half no longer had sleeves allowing for better movement. The top of the suit continued down around your hips and further down the back, underneath were navy bottoms. Because the one thing you didn't like about your Asgardian armour was the lack of trousers.

"And with yours I've modified it so that if you want to call on your Asgardian armour you can" Tony explains.

"Really?" You ask surprise.

"Yeah so if you need more protection on your arms you can add more there and if you really want to look cool your cape can attach here" he explains pointing it all out.

"Tony, you have outdone yourself once again" you smirk.

"And of course it's completely fire retardant so you can go full human torch and not have to worry about your modesty" He adds making you chuckle.

"That is definitely appreciated" you laugh.

"It's nothing I kinda promise Pepper I'd stop making loads of Iron Man suits, but all of you guys were in desperate need so I couldn't help myself" he says shrugging his shoulders "and I technically wasn't breaking my promise so"
