"If we are all here, let's get started. First of all, I'd like you to please join me in welcoming Max Dixon, my niece and your soon to be next CEO of this company."

Tito said as he pointed me. The board members looked at me and smiled. I stood up and bowed my head slightly before smiling at them.

"Thank you for having me, I'm looking forward for today's meeting." I said.

"Don't worry Ms. Max. We'll help you with this company." One of the board member said to me. I just smiled at her and looked at Tito. He just nodded and I sat down.

"Let's get started. We're here today to discuss ways of improving sales in rural market areas. First lets get over the report from the last meeting which was held on June 24th. Right, Tom, over you." Tito started the meeting and pointed one of the board member. We all looked at Mr. Tom.

Mr. Tom explain what they talk about their last meeting. I don't know what they're talking about because I don't have an idea about business. Since it's still summer, Tito brought me here to have my training and to observe what is business.

Tatlong araw pa lang ako dito sa Malaysia. Sumunod agad si Tito dito pagkatapos ng meeting niya sa Davao. Sa pangalawang araw ko dito, pinapunta agad ako ni Tito dito sa company ni Daddy. I can say that Dad's comapany is also one of the best company here in Malaysia and that's because of Tito Mave.

Sa dinami-daming kompanya na hawak niya napalago niya pa din ito lahat. Well, meron si Tita Addi eh the one who helped him. Ewan ko nalang kung ako na hahawak nito, wag naman sanang bumagsak. Pagsisikapan ko rin ito, that's what I promise to Tito Mave.

"Before we close, let me just summarize the main points of this meeting." Napaayos ako ng upo nang sabihin ito ni Mr. Tom.

Isang oras na ang meeting nila and all I did was to listen. Inaantok ako at nahihilo ngunit nagawa ko pa ding makinig sa lahat ng pinag-usapan nila. They talk about sales kaya naman puro numbers ang nakita ko sa projector. I'm a architect students kaya sanay ako sa numbers at gets ko lahat ng nasa harap ko.

"Rural customers need special help to feel more valued. Our sales team need more accurate information on our customers. A survey will be completed to collect data on spending habits in these areas, the result of this survey will be delivered to our sales team. We are considering specific data mining precedures to help deepen our understanding." Mr. Tom said while looking the paper that he was holding.

"Thank you very much Tom. Right, it looks as though we've covered the main items is there any other business?" Tito asked and looked everyone.

"Can we fix the next meeting, please?" One of the board member said. Tito nodded.

"Good idea Jack. But I'm sorry to say, I'll be going to Singapore next week for a meeting also. You can have a meeting with Max and she'll report it directly to me. Is that okay to you Max? How about everyone?" Tito said as he looked at us. Napaayos pa ako ng upo dahil sa sinabi niya. The board members smiled and nodded.
