Today was a bit of a lazy day for Christian and since I wasn't working today due to some renovations being done in the studio, Christian invited me over to his house to spend some time together.
"Do you want to order some food and watch a movie?" Christian asked me as we laid on his couch watching some TV show about witches.
"Sure." I smiled at him as I looked up at him. "What do you want to eat?" I asked him.
"Do you want to get some pizza?" He asked me as he sat up on the couch, taking out his phone.
I nodded and said, "Yeah, I've been craving pizza for a while."
Christian chuckled and handed me his phone. "Can you order the pizza while I go use the bathroom?" He asked me.
"Of course." I told him, taking his phone from him.
Christian kissed me and left to go use the bathroom. I looked down on his phone and started searching for the number of one of our local pizza shops so that I could order the pizza. While I was searching for the number, some girl named Emily texted him saying....
'Hey Christian!!! I miss you a lot and I've been watching your games. I know your season is going to end soon and I just wanted to know if you'd like to hangout when you get back to Cali. We could go out on a date and possibly fix our relationship. Let me know what you think xoxo'
I had no idea who this Emily girl was but I tried brushing it off and called the pizza shop to order us a pizza.
I placed Christian's phone on the coffee table and laid back on the couch. I couldn't help but think about the Emily girl texting his phone. I wanted to know who she was and why she was texting him but I didn't want to come across as a jealous girlfriend.
"Did you order the pizza?" Christian asked as he walked back into the room and sat down next to me, putting his arm around my shoulder.
"Yeah." I told him without looking at him. My thoughts were getting to me and I couldn't help but wonder who that girl was that was texting him.
"What's wrong, baby?" Christian asked as he moved my head so that I was looking at him. "When I left you were fine and now you seem confused or something."
I shook my head and looked away. "Nothing, I'm fine." I told him.
"Stop lying to me." He said standing up and kneeling down in front of me. "Remember what we talked about when it comes to having a conversation about our feelings?"
I knew that he wasn't going to stop until I told him what was wrong so I just decided to just tell him. "Who's Emily?" I asked him.
Christian looked at me confused and said, "What do you mean who's Emily? Where's this coming from?"
"Well someone named Emily texted you saying that she missed you and wanted to try and fix your relationship when you get back to California." I told him about the text message. "So I want to know who she is."
"I have no idea what you're talking about." Christian said as he took his phone in his hand and looked through it, possibly wanting to see the message I was talking about.
"What do you mean you don't know what I'm talking about? I literally just told you what I'm talking about." I said, starting to get annoyed and stood up.
Christian stood up as well and put his phone down again. "Babe, I have no idea why she is suddenly texting me."
"Well you know more than I do so start explaining. WHO is she?" I said with a lot of attitude. I know I didn't really have a reason for giving him attitude but I was starting to get mad.
