"is jack with you?" she said over the phone.

"uhm, why" he looked up at his friend who was sitting in front of him.

"is he there with you or not?" she asked again.

"you alright?" he put her on speaker.

"i'm not playing with you, urban. is jackman there with you or not" she asked once more.

urban looked at jack, who was mouthing and shaking his head no.

"no, whats up?"

"i saw his interview- and those little comments he's leaving on his ex's account," she signed in anger, "just tell him i tried to explain and that if he at least answered my texts or calls, we could've solved this misunderstanding"

"cin-" she clicked before urban could say anything. he looked up at jack who had his hand over his chin, playing with his beard. "now you got her against me"

"she'll get over it as soon as she gets her piano" jack looked down at his shoes. "it'll be there soon"

"you sent her the piano you got her?" urban asked with a raise of eyebrow.

"i don't know how to play it, and besides i gave it to her"

"hi" they heard raine's voice. "sarina and i were by here and we decided to stop by" she pulled her friend next to her.

urban sighed and turned around. he slightly rolled his eyes and turned back to face them.

"hey" jack said standing up, "i-"

"i'm gonna go get something to eat, hi" urban past by the girls, making sarina give him a dirty look.

"if you guys don't want me here, just say so and i won't come" sarina said to jack.

"don't pay attention to him. you came with raine and raines welcomed at anytime, along with you"

sarina looked at raine, who was already looking at her with a huge smile.

"actions, not words" sarina whispered, making raine's smile, slightly fall off.

"he's such a coward!" esme yelled.

"god, i was over here begging him and telling him i loved him- while he was already up on her" cindy sniffed. "i'm such a dumb ass" she chuckled at herself, cleaning her tears.

"what did urban say?"

"i don't know, but he's on jack's side no matter what"

esme sighed and shook her head, "can't believe you even gave him a chance after the first time"

"if i ever do some stupid shit for another guy, please, beat me the fuck up until i understand not to do so again" she stood up from the bed. "give me my phone" she extended her arm.

esme grabbed cindy's phone from the drawer and handed it to her. she went to her contacts and searched for the letter d, and clicked the name as soon as she found it.

she brought her phone near her ear, "hi, dele. its cindy" she sniffed with a smile.

esme gasped when she noticed what her sister was doing. a smile appeared on her face with a nod of agreement.

"i was just wondering if your offer was still up. i have nothing to do tonight and i was wondering if you were still around" cindy continued speaking, getting occasional nods from esme. "of course, i'll be there for dinner" she smiled and clicked.
