Solace

I never thought in my life that I would seek a cave to hide into. Maybe I enjoyed too much exposure that I never want to do it again if I had a chance to.

Hindi natin kailangan ang tulong niya," he noticed there were bodyguards around us when in the first place, we can't afford them anymore.

"Dad, let's calm down until you need to go home, okay?"

I suddenly dropped the bag I was holding when a patient accidentally hit me with her shoulders while running.

"Espinosa!"

I shook my head while I wasn't facing them but one of the reporters touched my shoulders to let me face their direction. They scrutinized my face and I quickly averted my eyes from their suspicious glares.

"Sierra Aldana?" I widened my eyes when one of them mentioned my name.

I suddenly ran and took the stairs but I stopped midway when they got my wrist.

"You are disrespecting my privacy!" I yelled while still trying to get my wrist from one of the reporters.

"We just want some information regarding your father's debt and your mother's company..." I shook my head but they started filming me and asking tons of questions!

Seriously, they can't even respect my personal space!

I gulped and I shook my head several times.

"Your father lost millions to the casino and now he has a debt of over 200 billion from the Bedonia's. Anong masasabi mo rito?" I kept my mouth shut as I don't know where to look because of the cameras around me and as time goes by ay mas marami ang mga reporters na pumupunta sa direksyon ko. I hid my face as I tried to stand up but one reporter forced me to still sit on the stairs.

"Is it true that your sister is the third party between the race car driver, Daniel Gerovick Vergara and the model, Mohanna Dawn Dela Llana?" I furrowed my eyebrows when one of the reporters said that. They are testing my patience!

"My sister is fighting for her life right now and you dare question me about that?!" I stood up and clenched my teeth. How there they disrespect my sister?

"Your brother is competing for the Vios cup tonight. They say he used connections just to join the grand race," my breath hitched when one of them said that. I was about to stand up when someone forcefully pulled my wrist to get out from the cluster of reporters.

I widened my eyes when I saw him. His presence brought a little solace into my despair.

"As you can see, Mr. Vergara, the son of a prominent politician used violence to get his way," I heard them say when we quickly ran away from them. Some reporters are really crossing the line. They should not ask questions about things that are unnecessary and too personal to include it in the national news. It's sad that some of them are educated but not really mannered enough to assess the situation.
