Two: The Hybrid. Part Two.

Still with Klaus, Stefan, and Ray...

The werewolves started waking up.

"Derek. Come feed your girlfriend."

Ray ran off into the woods, and Stefan looked at Klaus.

"Go get him."

Stefan sped off and, a second later, caught up with him and threw him to the ground.

Ray bit into Stefan's arm and ran off. Stefan stood up and went to go after him when he used his vamp hearing and heard Ellie.

"I really hope we can help him." Ellie says.

"Me too. For your sake." Alaric said.

"I can help you." Damon says.

"I don't need your help. I know what your help is like, worse than Satan. I'll pass." Ellie says.

"One little whoosh." Said Damon.

"You'll probably drop me." Ellie tells him.

"What are you guys, 12?" Alaric asked.

Stefan walked to the edge of the mountain and saw Alaric, Ellie, and Damon walking up a hill.

Stefan's eyes linger on Ellie. He missed her so much.

He heard a tree branch snapping, and Stefan looked around, seeing Klaus.

"Where did he go?"

Stefan walked away from the edge, avoiding drawing any suspicion.

"He, uh, got away. Forget him. Let's go." Stefan said, brushing past him.

Klaus grabbed his arm.

"A fatal werewolf bite. Ouch."

"Yeah, I'm gonna need your blood to heal me."

"I'll tell you what. You find Ray, and then I'll heal you."

Stefan chuckled. "You can't be serious?"

"And you better hurry because that bite looks nasty."

Klaus walked back over to the other werewolves that were waking up and smiled.

Later, Carol walked into the office...

"You put vervain in my coffee this morning. Why?" He asked.

"Vervain? What are you talking about?"

"Let's skip where we pretend we don't know about the vampires in this town. You were testing me to see if I was a vampire. And I wanna know why?" He asked, looking at her.

"You've been spending so much time with Caroline; I had to know for sure."

"What does Caroline have to do with it?" He asked, pretending to be clueless.

"Let's skip the part where we pretend she's not one of them."

"Did you do something to her? Mom, did you? She's Elena and Ellie's friend. You know how many family members they've lost. They can't start losing their friends either. Is that the reason she didn't meet me at the Grill?" He asked.

"Tyler, I don't want you to be with her."

"Where is she, Mom?" He asked, looking at her.

"I can't let you two be together."

"What did you do? Where is she?!" He asked, shouting.

"You can't be with her. She's a monster."

He looked at her and scoffed.

"You don't know about me, do you?" He asked.

"Know what? Know what, Tyler?"

Back with Damon, Ellie, and Alaric...

"We've got about a mile left." Alaric tells them.

"Sun's about to set."

"Okay, Damon. I can see that. I can pretty much see what you can." She tells him.

"I'm just saying."

"I'm never calling you for backup again. Quit winding her up." Alaric said.

"I can handle Satan himself. Actually, calling you Satan is actually an insult. Anyway, the moon doesn't reach its apex for a while. Tyler texted."
