Thirteen: Bringing Out the Dead.

Sheriff Forbes delivers some disturbing news to Alaric, Elena, and Ellie about the weapon used in a recent murder. In the Salvatore brothers' escalating quest to kill Klaus, Stefan turns to Bonnie and Abby, while Damon reaches out to an old acquaintance for help in setting up an elaborate plan. Intent on a plan of his own, Klaus hosts a strange dinner party, where he reveals another story from his family's violent past until an unexpected guest brings the party to an end. Meanwhile, Caroline is heartbroken when she is unable to stop a tragedy from unfolding.

Still with Klaus and Elijah...

"You look surprised to see me. So, it wasn't you that removed the dagger from my chest." Elijah says.

"You look like you could do with a drink. And we have a lot to discuss, so shall we?"

Elijah jumped at him and punched him. Elijah pushed him through the double doors.

"Easy. I just finished renovating."

He then pushed Elijah on top of a table, breaking it and smashing a vase.

"You know, you have every right to be mad at me. But I kept my word. I reunited you with our family."

Elijah punched him in the face and again before Elijah kicked him in the stomach, and Klaus's body hit into a coffin.

He took the dagger from Kol's body and pinned Elijah to another coffin.

"Don't make me do this to you again, Elijah."

"Come on, use it. I dare you. You'll have Kol to deal with." Elijah says.

Klaus lowered the dagger.

"Mikael is dead."

"What did you say?" Asked Elijah.

"Ellie passed me the weapon, and I killed him with his own weapon. He's gone, Elijah, forever."

"Why do our family remain in these coffins? Finn for over 900 years, Kol for over a century."
