After long periods of time townsfolk figured out that the Warning Wolves did perceive warnings, so they started treating wolf packs very high, some even made dedicated shrines for them. The wolves then decided that they would give warnings to the villagers in return for care. With the wolves they didn't want to rely so heavily on the villagers so they split the pack, some would stay with the villagers while others went out to do wolf stuff, and they normally agreed to have the villages be their home base•
