"Okay, last round...let's go for three runs?" Jin said, somewhat gratified by his undefeated score at the tasteless card game Yoongi had taught him in Las Vegas.
Yoongi didn't answer, there was no reason to. They were alone in the middle of the night, like a couple of old men playing cards while betting on first to shower after a night full of extracurricular activities; the schedule was tight, but he supposed their desire to be together was greater than that, even if he wanted to kill Jin for the amazing talent he had displayed that particular night.
"You're screwed if you think I'll let you win," Yoongi huffed, taking the cards to shuffle and deal them for the last time in the game. Jin looked at him with a smile, he leaned on his forearms as he followed his smooth movements "this is the final round, and I will win it."
"Sure, honey." Jin cocked his head as he said his favorite nickname, Yoongi pretended not to have been frozen by the sweetness of his pet name, which he would never admit he loved since it first came up; one day when his cherry hair was starting to fade, leaving a pale yellow, which he hated, until Jin showed him that he could still be beautiful even with a color he despised.
Yoongi dealt the cards and looked at his hand. He couldn't help cursing: all his cards were of a different suit and number, meaningless. He had two thirds but not a fucking straight to solve his problem. He looked up and squirmed into the smug face of his mate.
"Oh Continental Rummy....I love that I'm always lucky for this beautiful features..." Jin sighed, fresh as ever as he caressed his own face. Yoongi rolled his eyes, not quite sure he loved the little habit of narcissism.
"There's more going on here, Hyung," Yoongi mentioned, taking his turn and setting up a damn ace that got on his nerves "it's strategy."
"I don't think so," Jin put the letter down from him and Yoongi stole it, with a small smile "you've been saying the same thing and losing every time, even though you claim to be made for this."
"I AM made for this," Yoongi replied, quite offended. "this is not my day, that's all..." Jin looked amused at the way Yoongi bit his lip, and after contemplating it, he decided to contain his urge to kiss him as he knew Yoongi did not appreciate sudden acts of affection.
Jin placed a new card in his hand and took his stare back at Yoongi, impressed by his sudden good ways to create a full hand in just five minutes. Yoongi picked his intention fast and started looking in his cards, to see if it was possible to put himself down. Turns out life was shit, and he confronted the defeat. He stared back at his boyfriend and sight.
"I can wait until you are-"
"Don't you dare pity me. I'll accept the defeat with dignity." Yoongi interrupted the kindness with a rough statement, crossing his arms.
"Are you sure?" Jin asked once more, not wanting to make Yoongi angry at him, as he really had craved his touch all night long.
"Just do it." Yoongi spit, while looking as Jin's shaky hands pulled down his perfect hands.
"Mother fucker..." Yoongi exclaimed while looking as the great diamond and heart hands, both with two jokers to complete themselves; he stood up immediately "that's it, you're a witch." Jin laughed at his actions and stood up as quickly as his partner, trying to reach him while giggling.
"Come on, you can't be serious right now...are you mad?" He breathed in the croak of Yoongi's neck, back.hugging his small figure. His scent was manly but conscious, just the exact way he liked.
Yoongi moved his face away from his boyfriend, holding his shit together so the cold taste of defeat could not interrumpt this unapologetic sweet moment.
"I'm not angry." Yoongi said, offended. Jin kissed his skin slightly, sensing the cute trembling of his boyfriend's body.
"You better not be, it's too early for that." There was a silence, and Jin used it for dumb idea, he snorted.
"What is it now?" Yoongi asked, regretting it immediately when he recognized the funny face his Hyung made, strengthening his hold as he knew the moment he told his joke Yoongi would try to run away from the cringe.
"I think I'm kind of a witch actually: I can't have a child, you know why?" Jin was already giggling and Yoongi made a disgusted face before giving up.
"Why?"
"Because my man has a hollow-weenie."
"Jin, that's just another level of stupidity." Yoongi replied, holding back a stupid laughter that made him show his teeth. Jin poked his cheek as an answer. "Aren't you too old for this?"
"YAH! Don't bring my age into this you moron!" Jin yelled, Yoongi couldn't help but to smile.
"You are the moron." Yoongi whispered, afraid of the sudden wave of affection it was probably comming.
"Aw, come on...you had to admit it's good."
"Hell no." Yoongi tried to run away but as Jin was holding his tiny body, they both ended up in a cute fight until falling down in the bed. Yoongi was still fighting to escape the hold but Jin only cuddled closer and closer to the angry little body "Jin!" Yoongi laughed "Let me go!"
He continued the fighting until his body lost all of his strength, which happened as early as Jin had predicted, only then did he loosen his hold and came closer to Yoongi's face, enough for him to look into his boyfriend's eyes to ask for permission and then, as the shine in his pupils showed, came closer to give a tender kiss in his lips.
"I hate you." Yoongi said once they were apart, not allowing his face to turn red to not make his stupid Hyung proud for making him flutter.
Jin didn't reply, he just laid in his chest and hugged him more, letting Yoongi's hand play with his hair until they both had forgotten everything about the shower, and fell asleep next to each other.
