Story-

Omnitrix Mark 3: Once when Omnitrix mark 2( the one called the official Omnitrix) was damaged by an Enemy attack, Ben ask Azmuth if he could fix it. Azmuth told him that he would but was busy with something that would take a Week. Lex ask if he could fix it/upgrade it, Azuth was amused by this so he agreed and gave Lex administrator privileges. By the next day, Lex had fixed /improved it. When Azmuth saw it and its new tricks he was shocked and amazed which doesn't happen.

Azuth asked what Lex was as Azmuth assume Lex was a human, mutant human or an alien hybrid. When Azmuth learns what Lex truly was and the skills he possesses, Azmuth admitted that Lex was smarter than all the Galvans, Cerebrocrustaceans, Dr. Psychobos and himself put together.

Old/ New Features-

Just like the original Omnitrix and the Ultimatrix, the Omnitrix mainly allows for the user to alter their DNA at will and transform into a numerous variety of alien species that are each with their unique powers and abilities (along with their weaknesses) and in a selection of alien DNA that is in groups of 10.

The Omnitrix has a holographic interface, where a holographic circle is shown, with the top half having alien faces, which are activated and scroll through the aliens by the user touching the faceplate, or in other ways, scrolling up and down or scrolling in a circle, akin to a touch screen. The faceplate will then slide open automatically after Ben chooses his alien, after that, the Omnitrix's core will come out. When pressed, it will trigger the transformation.​The Omnitrix has a DNA scanner.

The Omnitrix has a quick-change feature that automatically transforms the user back to normal when they are done using their transformation, causing it not to time out and allowing the user to transform again far more quickly. Manually touching the Omnitrix symbol not only can allow the user to immediately transform back into normal but can be used to transform into different alien forms while already transformed.

It Has master control, which Lex added as a gift to Ben.

The Omnitrix has a Randomizer Function that turns the user into a different amount of aliens at random moments, being randomly selective of the transformations. The Omnitrix can add extra features to alien forms to make them safer/more stable. The Omnitrix can synchronize with another Omnitrix if activated at the same time.

The New/ updated watch will miss-transform Ben if it thinks another alien would work in the situation, it is affected by something else, showing Ben he has that transformation and because it likes it when Ben becomes Rath and just like Gwen and Kevin it finds Rath amusing. (Note: It would only change Ben into Rath at a proper time.)

The Omnitrix can grant its user, as well as an alien form, the ability to speak another language fluently.

The Omnitrix can change the user's gender to adapt to another species.

The Omnitrix transformations are the prime example of the species, being healthiest, strongest, and most versatile.

The Omnitrix automatically uses the molecules of its wearer's clothes to create coverings for the transformations.

The Omnitrix's placement varies between transformations, it can be placed anywhere on the transformation, for example, chest, head, etc.

The Omnitrix aliens all have green eyes.

The Omnitrix can supply transformations with the necessary equipment for safe use made with nanotech, such as Goop's antigravity projector, Brainstorm's breathing brace, and NRG's suit.

The Omnitrix has a setback that turns off all other functions until any uncatalogued DNA has been acquired, Ben was able to turn off this setback. With the setback off, The Omnitrix can still alert the user of uncatalogued DNA.
