The Omnitrix has a total of at least 1,000,912 aliens, more than 70 of whom are unlocked.
70 Form at the end of Omniverse's Arc,5 Aliens that Ben got from the reboot universe, thanks to Lex. These include Overflow, Ten-Tackle(Gax renamed), Shock Rock, Slapback and Surge. Afterwards, Lex helped Ben unlock 11 forms which include Anubis, Decagon Vreedle, Rook Bishop, Hellbent, Darkfall, Slipperlown, Clay Face, Elaskimo, Ten-Ten, MechShift and B-X.
Before sending the clones, Ben gains a form from an Upgrade/Evolved Hobble named CrickShot. Lex added more DNA into the Omnitrix but told Ben that they are currently locked and by scanning new beings in new worlds would unlock them. He also said some will unlock themselves when needed. When Ben asked why Lex said he did it so it would be a fun game/challenge.
During the Rosario+Vampire Arc, Ben gain 11 forms, in the Bleach arc he only got one. So at the end of Vol 1, Ben will have 99 forms unlocked.
